吉 林 农 业 科 技 学 院学 士 学 位 论 文论 文 题 目： 东北农村的节能住宅设计 年 级 专 业：07 级农业建筑环境与能源工程学 生 姓 名： 石占军 学 号： 0710604018 指 导 教 师： 胡宇祥 评 阅 教 师： 完 成 日 期： 2011 年 5 月 8 日 吉 林 农 业 科 技 学 院 本 科 毕 业 设 计 （ 论 文 ） 题 目- I -东北农村的节能住宅设计学 生: 石占军专 业: 农业建筑环境与能源工程指导教师: 胡宇祥摘 要随着全球能源问题的日益严重，建筑节能技术和可持续能源的利用已经成为全世界各个国家住宅发展的趋势。在我国东北地区农村住宅中，普遍存在着维护结构保温性能差、能耗大、室内热舒适差等问题，给农民生活质量的提高和生活环境的改善都草成很大的影响。为了改变这一现状，本文在总结吸取以往研究成果的基础上，根据地区的实际情况，从维护结构保温技术、太阳能利用两个方面对住宅进行总体性和系统性的优化。本文对我国东北地区农村住宅进行了调查，首先介绍了东北地区农村住宅的能耗现状，并对其进行了分析。然后从采用新型墙体材料、采用保温技术、提高哦啊窗户的热工性能、加强窗户夜间保温和屋面保温方面进行研究，期望能够使围护结构达到理想的保温效果。本文还讨论了太阳能技术在东北地区农村住宅中的应用。通过调查研究，发现如果寒冷地区农村住宅运用适宜节能措施、并充分利用太阳能资源，可以使寒冷地区农村住宅成为低能耗、高舒适的住宅，并期望论文对寒冷地区新农村住宅建设提供一定的借鉴意义。关键词：东北地区；农村住宅；节能技术东 北 农 村 的 节 能 住 宅 设 计- II -The Subject of Undergraduate Graduation Project Name: 石占军Major: 农业建筑环境与能源工程Tutor: 胡宇祥Abstract With the worlds growing energy，building energysaving technology and sustainable energy use in all countries around the world has become a residential development Chinas cold in the rural residential areas，the prevalence of pool performance envelope insulationheating cycle length，energy consumption，indoor thermal comfort poor，the peasants to improve the quality of life and living environment have improved a great impact In order to change tile status quo，the paper summed up the lessons in the past on the basis of research results，based on the realities on the ground，from the envelope insulation technology，the use of solar energy for both residential general and systematic optimization This article investigates Chinese rural residence in cold area first introduced the energy consumption of residence in cold rural area the status quo and analyzed And then using the new wail materialthermal insulation using technology to improve the thermal performance of windows insulation to strengthen the windows at night and look into the issue of roof insulation，building envelope can look forward to achieve the desired effect of the insulation.
