Unit 3 Lesson 17 Are You Okay? 教案 4教学目标:1.学习关于身体不适和疾病轻重程度的表达,能够询问别人的病情,并能用此I have a headache. I feel bad.2. 掌握有关治疗疾病的简单祈使句。Take some medicine. Have a good rest.3. 理解会说会用会写以下单词 headache, stomachache, toothache, medicine, rest, 4. 会认会说会用 向别人询问病情是否严重的句型。Is it serious?Dont worry.教学重点和难点:1. 重点掌握用Whats wrong with you?句型来询问身体的不适和疾病。2. 能够运用课文中的句子来给别人以忠告。 Take some medicine. Have a good rest.教师准备课件、单词卡片,教学过程:Step 1.热身(Warming up)1、课前预热。2、通过教师做出动作来提醒和引导学生来,复习有关疾病的短语。T: Whats wrong with me? (Point to his mouth and pretend to be suffering)Ss: You have a toothache.T: Whats wrong with me? (Point to his head and pretend to be painful)Ss: You have a headache.T: Whats wrong with me? (Point to his stomach and pretend to be suffering)Ss: You have a stomachacheT: You are really a good doctor.Step 2新课展示(New Presentation)1、教师对本课重点词汇和重点句型进行讲解。用Whats wrong with you?来询问,用I feel+形容词来描述自己生病的感受。用I have +身体病痛的名词来描述自己生的病。T:一般来说,医生询问病人病情,经常使用的是 Whats wrong with you?我们还可以说 Whats the matter with you ?我们可以简单用“I feel +形容词” 来描述自己生病的感受。I feel bad. I feel better.还可以很详细地回答I have +疾病的名词I have a stomachache/ headache/toothache2.本课我们还要学习两个表示疾病的新词- cold(出示图片)我们可以说 I have a cold或I catch a cold. 例如 I have a feverI catch a bad cold.(患重感冒)3.用祈使句来给病人建议。T: 当医生完全诊断出病人的病情之后,就要对其进行治疗,这时多使用祈使句。此处祈使句是给予病人建议,并记住这些新单词。Open your mouth ( 张开你的嘴巴)Stay in bed (躺在床上)Take some medicine ( 服一些药物)Have a good rest ( 好好休息)4.现在我们还将学习一个新单词serious(严重的),看过病之后,大家通常喜欢问严重吗?该怎么说呢?Is it serious? 那么医生是怎样安慰病人的,她通常会说“Dont worry . Nothing serious ”.(别担心,没什么大问题) 5.根据刚才学习的词汇了解课文大意吗?引导学生试着翻译文中对话,并把不懂的词句划出来,同时找出本课的重点词句。并归纳整理。6.现在请大声朗读课文,然后回答下面问题:Whats the matter with Tom? (He has a cold)Is it serious? (No, it isnt )What does the doctor suggest(建议)?(Take some medicine and have a good rest)Step3巩固活动:教师引导学生两人一组,模仿本课内容自编自演对话。一个扮演医生,一个扮演病人。然后找一组在讲台上表演。Step 4课堂小结:本课我们继续学习了关于身体不适和疾病的单词,并且还学习了医生询问病人身体状况的最基本句型。 Whats wrong with you?以及给别人建议的祈使句。Take some medicine.Have a good rest.Step 5 Design for exercise:1.
