China May, 2012 摘 要 I 摘 要 由于滚压成型工艺具有增加产品使用寿命、提高产品强度、节约 材料等优点,越来越受到人们的关注,其应用范围日益广泛。近年, 随着国内汽车行业的高速发展,汽车的零配件的需求量日益增大。汽 车动力转向油罐是汽车动力转向装置中的一个部件,其油罐盖安装密 封圈的槽的加工,一般都采用冷滚压的方法,通常被称为滚边。国内 自动化程度较高的相关加工设备较少,多数厂家仍采用手工操作的滚 边机进行生产,因此产量满足不了需求。汽车动力转向油罐盖的型号 非常多,本文对能加工四种型号汽车动力转向油罐盖且有较高自动化程 度的滚边专用设备进行设计,并对转向油罐变形力理论计算进行研究探 讨。本文主要完成的工作有: 分析了国内外滚压工艺发展状况,并对其应用到的领域进行了概述。 根据四种型号的汽车动力转向油罐盖结构特点, 总结出专用滚边设备应 该满足的要求,提出了相应的滚压工艺。并提出以外形尺寸最大的转 向油罐盖为基准,对设备进行设计。设计时应注意考虑尺寸的补偿, 以满足其它几种型号转向油罐盖的加工要求。 通过简单分析各滚压加工领域的滚压工具结构,设计出转向油罐盖 滚边的滚压工具。针对目前转向油罐盖滚边滚压力还没有成熟理论计算 公式的问题,对转向油罐盖的塑性变形特点和金属塑性变形的变形力常 用的求解方法进行分析,建立了转向油罐盖滚边过程中滚压力理论计算 的数学模型。分析提出在某一范围内进给速度和转向油罐盖转速对单个 工件的生产时间会产生影响的结论。 通过实验验证所建立的滚压力理论计算数学模型的正确性,并通过 试验检测出进给速度和转向油罐盖转速与滚压时间的关系,从而验证了 所提出的观点。 研制出能加工四种型号汽车动力转向油罐盖且自动化程度较高的 专用滚边机床,并且已投入使用。到目前为止,该设备的使用效果良好。 关键词关键词:滚压工艺 滚边机 转向油罐盖 滚压力 武汉工程大学硕士学位论文 II Abstract III Abstract As of the merits of extending the application life of products, enhancing their strength and saving materials, the roll forming process has been taken more and more attention, and the range of applications is increasingly widespread. In recent years, with the rapid development of automotive industry of china automotive industry, the need of accessories of car is increasing gradually. Automobile power steering oil tank is a part of the automobile power steering device, the groove processing of the power steering oil tank cap often takes the method of cold rolling, whose products are used to install seal circles, and the processing method commonly known as roller hemming. the higher degree automation equipment to process the groove is few in our country, most of the manufacturers use manual operation trimming machine and it can not meet the production demand. There are various types of automobile power steering oil tank cap, this paper discussed the design of the higher degree automation roller hemming professional equipment which can process can process four models of power steering oil tank cap, and did some research on theoretical calculation of steering oil tank cap deformation force. The main work has been completed in the paper as follow: The thesis did a survey about the development of the rolling technology of ours and abroad, and summarized its field of application. According to the structural characteristics of four models of automobile power steering oil tank cap, the requirements of roller hemming dedicated equipment have been summarized and the corresponding rolling process has been proposed.The paper indicates that taking the steering oil tank cap whose outside dimensions are maximum as the base to design the equipment. Some attention must be paid to the problems that the compensation of size when the equipment is designed, order to meet the processing requirements of several other steering 武汉工程大学硕士学位论文 IV tank caps. Through a simple analysis of rolling tool structure in the field of the rolling process, the rolling tool of steering tank cap hemming has been designed. Aiming at the problem that there is no mature formula to calculate the solutions of the roller hemming pressure of steering oil tank cap, an academic calculation mathematical model was established, which is based on analyzing the deformation characteristics of steering oil tank cap and in common, the way to solving deformation force when metals has plastic deformation. The viewpoint that feeding speed and rotational speed of steering oil tank cap can affect rolling time is presented. The academic calculation mathematical model of roller hemming pressure is verified with the corresponding experimental. And the relationship between feeding speed, rotational speed of steering oil tank cap and rolling time is detected with the corresponding experimental, accordingly to verify the viewpoint which has be presented.
