Having felt too excited to go to sleep, I got up early in that morning, the beginning of a special day when my father would bring me to Henan University of Urban Construction, the school I had been looking forward to for a very long, long time.Even though I was a car-sick girl, I didnt feel a bit uncomfortable on the long way to school. It may be because of my eager to reach the school as soon as possible. When my father and I got to school, we were given a sincere and warm welcome, which put me at ease. My father didnt return home until he had arranged everything for me. And only after he left could I turn my attention to the surroundings of my college.To be honest, I really had no great impression on the campus for the first time, with so many newly-built teaching buildings and so much unutilized construction land, which, to some degree, disappointed me. After all, before admitted by the college, I deeply had thought that even an ordinary university would have beautiful willows ranging along the sidewalk, clear running water in the lakes, spectacular fountains and so on.
