QC/T 413-2002PrefaceBefore the transformation of standard number, the QC/T 413-1999 Basic Technical Conditions for Electric Equipment of Vehicle was the professional standard ZB T35001-1987. Therefore, this revise is actually the significant modification for this standard after 15 years.The relevant standards of Japan, Germany, France and so on are regarded as the main reference to modify this standard. This standard substitutes for QC/T 413-1999 Basic Technical Conditions for Electric Equipment of Vehicle.Compared with QC/T 413-1999, the main variations in this standard are as follows: Provisions which are applied to the moist heat products have been canceled as well as the 3.25 and 3.26 in the edition of 1999 accordingly. Mould growth test has been canceled (4.16 in the edition of 1999). The spark grade of motor commutator has been canceled (3.17 and 4.10 in the edition of 1999). Exchangeability test has been canceled (3.22 and 4.14 in the edition of 1999). The temperature range of products has been adjusted and modified, and upper limit and lower limit of working temperature and range of storage temperature have been defined (3.3 in the edition of 1999, and 3.1.3 in this edition). The provisions of nominal voltage have been modified, electric system with 6V has been canceled and provisions of working voltage range have been added (3.9 in the edition of 1999, and 3.1.4 in this edition). The technical requirements for low-tension harness and mechanical fastener have been added to the provisions of basic performance parameters of products (3.10 in the edition of 1999, and 3.2 in this edition). The recommendatory grade for time limit of short-time rating work has been modified, which has canceled by 0.2min and added by 5s and 15s (3.8.2 in the edition of 1999, and 3.1.7.3 in this edition). The temperature rise limit for relevant parts of product has been modified partly (3.18 and 4.11 in the edition of 1999, 3.3 and 4.3 in this edition). The provisions of noise test method have been added (see 4.4). The provisions of overspeed performance have been complemented and modified (3.16 in the edition of 1999, 3.5 and 4.5 in this edition). The provisions of barrier property of product have been partly modified (3.7 and 4.8 in the edition of 1999, 3.6 and 4.6 in this edition). The abnormal voltage of power supply resistance of product has been added (see 3.7 and 4.7). The arrangement and expression of provisions of insulation and compression resistance of product have been changed partly (3.15 and 4.9 in the edition of 1999, 3.8 and 4.8 in this edition). The provisions of interference prevention of product have been modified largely and the interference prevention of product has been changed into the electromagnetic compatibility of product (3.13 in the edition of 1999, 3.9 and 4.9 in this edition). The provisions of temperature and time of low temperature test have been modified (4.2 in the edition of 1999, 3.10.1 and 4.10.1 in this edition). The provisions of temperature and time of high temperature test have been modified (4.4 in the edition of 1999, 3.10.2 and 4.10.2 in this edition). The temperature variation test has been modified partly and the Na method has been used for test (4.3 in the edition of 1999, 3.10.3 and 4.10.3 in this edition). The alternation moist heat test has been canceled (3.4 and 4.5 in the edition of 1999). The tolerance of cyclic change of temperature and humidity (see 3.11) and combined circulation test of temperature/humidity (see 4.11) have been added. The vibration test has been modified largely, in which the fixed-frequency vibration has been canceled and the severity of sweep-frequency vibration has been added (3.6 and 4.7 in the edition of 1999, 3.12 and 4.12 in this edition). The severity of salty spray test has been added (3.5 and 4.6 in the edition of 1999, 3.13 and 4.13 in this edition). The tolerance of industrial solvent has been added (see 3.14 and 4.14). The content and arrangement of surface barrier property of product have been modified partly (3.19, 3.20, 3.21, 4.12 and 4.13 in the edition of 1999, 3.15 and 4.15 in this edition). The storage period of product has been changed from 1 year to 2 years (3.23 in the edition of 1999, 6.3 in this edition). The content and arrangement of general test conditions of product have been modified (4.1 in edition of 1999, 4.1 in this edition). The provisions of performance parameter check have been added (4.2 in this edition). The provisions of qualification grade of product have been advanced (5.4b in the edition of 1999, and 5.4 in this edition). The quantity of sample used for type approval test has been changed from 9 sets in 3 groups to 12 sets in 4 groups and the grouping of test and sequence of items have been modified (5.6 in the edition of 1999, and 5.5.2 in this edition).
