The enclosed template is intended to assist Member States in the preparation of the evaluation report which they have to submit to the Commission no later than 30 June 2010, as set out in Article 50(2) (a) of Decision No 575/2007/EC. When filling in this template please be as concrete as possible, providing facts, examples, figures, etc. - It is essential that the description can easily be understood by those who are familiar with the RF, but not necessarily familiar with the national programme concerned. Wherever relevant highlight national specificities.3. A maximum length of description is indicated for many items. As far as possible this limit should be respected. 4. The analysis and assessment of the annual programmes under review start with a summary of the most important features of the multiannual programme and of the programmes approved by the Commission. The reason we ask for this is that we need to have a homogeneous presentation for the subsequent Community wide report. Manche Teile/Fragen im Formblatt fr die Evaluierung waren jedoch derart spezifisch, dass eine Bearbeitung durch die beauftragte Firma in keinem Verhltnis zum Zeitaufwand gestanden wre, der fr das Referat II/3/d dadurch entstanden wre (Erklrungsaufwand durch das Referat II/3/d zu hoch und Umfang der Unterlagen fr die Firma ZACON sehr gro) insbesondere da sich die Beauftragung der Firma zeitlich verzgert hat.
