Therefore, it is urgent to solve the issue regarding disposal of a great quantity of SF6gas as replaced. On one hand, recovery and cleansing treatment of SF6gas can contain direct emission of SF6gas, protect the environment. On the other, it can also turn waste materials into useful things and cut down operations and maintenance costs of the power grid, which is a big focus of circular economy of the grid system, highlighting evident social and economic benefits.
