I need. 教学难点：不可数名词的理解，如：sauce,viegar 等。教学用具：单词卡片,教学录音.教学过程：（一）谈论主情景图，学习生词。1. 通过“How many dishes do they make？What are the dishes?How do you make them?”引导学生在论坛过程中学习新词汇：cucumber,pepper,sauce,sugar,soy sauce,vinegar等。2. 出示单词卡片，让学生看卡片听老师读有关做菜原料及调料的词汇，并跟读模仿。3. 猜单词游戏。（二）听力活动：Dialogue1Son:What are you doing ,Mom? Mom:Im making stir-fried meat and potatoes.Son:What do you need to make it,Mom?Mom:I need potatoes,meat,salt,soy sauce and oil.Dialogue2Son:What are you doing,Dad?Dad:Im making stir-fried tomato and eggs.Son:What do you need to make it?Dad:I need eggs,tomatoes,salt,sugar and oil.听录音，学生将妈妈、爸爸所需的原料分别用圆圈和方块标出。（三）替换练习：利用 A项的对话，与学生进行对话练习，分别问学生制作这七道菜分别需要什么原料。 “What do you need to make sandwich/stir-fried cucumber and meat/fruit salad/. ? 引导学生试着在图片的提示下进行回答。（四）问答活动。教师根据 B项的对话提示，与一个学生进行活动示范。然后同桌进行对话活动，并完成表格。活动候选机组作汇报，教师酌情订正答案。（五）仿写训练。经过 B项的活动，学生已经知道了烹调上述表格中的菜肴所需的原料。可以进入 C项活动，让学生从上述表格中选出一道菜，仿 C项气泡中的范例，对表格中的词汇进行组合，写出完整的句子：“Our dish is .We need .”课后反思：
