个人责任与社会环境的英语四级作文 theconceptofresponsibilityisanecessaryfiction.althoughsocitiesmustholdtheirindividualsaccountablefortheirownactions,peoplesbehaviorislargelydeterminedbyforcesnotoftheirownmaking. inthetitlestatement,thespeakerholdsthecontentionthattheconceptofindividualresponsibilityisnoeistencebutafiction.moreover,thespeakersaysthatthebehaviorsofhumanbeingsarefundamentallydeterminedbytheenvironmentwhichoutoftheircontrol.admittedly,onesactionsaredeeplyinfluencedbylaws,societies,schoolsandfamiliesandothereteriorforces;individualresponsibilityeistsandfunctionsasasignificantroletorulepeoplesbehaviorsaswell. ononehand,thehighestsocialanimalashumanbeingis,anyindividualhashisspecificroleinacertainsociety.andthisspecificrolegivesonesocialidentityandindividualresponsibilitythrougheducationinschoolsandinfluenceofethicalandmoralstandards.thoughsometimesonewouldfeelthatthecertainresponsibilityisobligationfromthesocietyandorganizationsratherthanhisindividualresponsibilityatfirst,inmostcases,theaccountabilitywouldpresumablybeeonesowneventuallyfollowedbythefinalidentificationofhisspecificsocialidentity,andthendirectonesbehaviorswithouttheforcefromtheeteriorworld.foreample,asoldierwouldthinkitishisdutytoobeytheruleswithoutanyhesitation;asurgeonwouldconsiderhealingthepatientsashisaccountability;andahistorianwouldfeelitishisresponsibilitytodiscoverwhatisbehindthehistoricaldescriptions.infact,differentcareersandrolesformdiverseindividualresponsibilities,whichresultinindividualsvoluntarybehaviors. ontheotherhand,therearenotonlyspecificindividualresponsibilitiesindiverseareasbutalsosomefundamentalvaluesandaccountabilities,whichweallhumanbeingscherish.fromthemomentonecanspeakorevenisborn,thesocietybeginstoinstillthemoralandethicalstandards,whichissocalledhumanityineveryonesmind.theolderoneis,thedeeperinfluencethehumanitywouldbe.whenoneisjustalittlechild,hewouldgodirectlytowhathelikeandclaimit.thenwhenheisoldenough,hewouldrealizethatitisincorrectandashamed.andbecauseoftheawarenessofwhatisrightandwrong,onewouldprobablyneverdoanymisdeedagain.actually,humanityisjustthemonindividualresponsibilitysharedbyallofus. however,everyonelivesinacertainsocietytherebyonesbehaviorismoreorlessinfluencedbyforcesnotoftheirownmaking.andtooperatenormally,everysocietyhasitslaws,thoughmanytimeshavedifferencesamongthem.itistruethathumanityplaysanessentialroleinrulingindividualsbehaviors;yetlawsarenecessary.underthecontroloflaws,peoplewhohavelittleindividualresponsibilitywouldprobablynotdaretodoanycrimeinfearoflawpunishment.besideslaws,foreampleinschool,rulesarealsoanimportantfactoraswellasindividualresponsibility.nowadays,inmostuniversities,astudentwhodoesnotpasssomecertaincoursesinhisfouryearscollegelifewouldnotgethisdiplomaofbachelorsdegree.soevenifastudentdoesnotlikehisdiscipline,ordosenotcareabouthisgpa,thepressureofgraduatingforceshimnottoplayingputerorbasketballallthetime. inaddition,individualresponsibilityandforcesfromoutsideworldhaveoverlappedpartssometimes.forinstance,studyingdiligentlyissomehardworkingstudentsindividualresponsibilityaswellasthepressurefromschoolsandsociety. generallyspeaking,itishastyandincorrecttoconcludethattheconceptofindividualresponsibilityisanecessaryfiction.onthecontrary,individualresponsibilityplaysanimportantrolewhichcannotbereplaced.however,lawsandtheeteriorforcealsohavetheirsignificanceaswell.thuswecannotputeitherofthemasideandpaymoreattentiontoanother
