It was created by Nakheel, a company owned by the Dubai government, and is located on Dubais Jumeirah Coastal area in the United Arab Emirates. It is connected to the mainland by a 300-meter-long bridge and has a range of houses and apartments. The developer has created many beautiful beaches and built marinas, restaurants and cafs.
