西安体育学院 硕士学位论文 我院网球选修班学生学习正、反手击落地球技术顺序的实验研 究 姓名：王辉 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：体育教学 指导教师：康利则 2011-04 我院网球选修班学生学习正、反手击落地球技术顺序的实验研究 I 摘 要 随着我国经济的飞速发展，我国网球运动在全国迅速开展起来，截止到 2009 年，中国网球协会公布中国的网球人口高达 810 万人。这一数字足以证明网球越 来越趋于平民化，而高校拥有的师资力量、场地设施、运动氛围等，为中国网球 的发展做出了巨大贡献。高校可以说是中国网球发展的源头，绝大多数网球爱好 者都是在大学期间开展的网球课上才开始接触到网球，体会网球的魅力。我院网 球的开展在西北地区中，从师资力量、教学条件等方面，都处于领先地位，我院 网球教学的研究对整个西北地区网球教学的发展起着重要作用。 我院网球教学以基本技术教学为主， 网球基本技术分为： 正手击落地球技术、 反手击落地球技术、正反手截击技术、发球技术。现在高校网球教学也主要从这 五大技术入手，但是忽略了一项起着关键作用的技术：步法移动技术。只有合理 的、规范的掌握好步法移动技术，才能更加有效、合理的掌握网球的五项基本技 术，从而更好的掌握网球这项运动。网球正手、反手击落地球技术是所有网球技 术中最重要的一项基本技术。当今网坛打法偏重于底线技术，具有代表性的人物 为世界第一纳达尔，以强有力的、超乎常人的稳定性长居世界第一宝座。因此正 手、反手击落地球技术的好坏直接决定了网球技术的好坏。经查阅相关资料，网 球正手、反手击落地球技术可以分为：步法移动技术和原地击球技术这两项基本 技术。 然而， 传统的网球正手、 反手击落地球技术教学顺序是先教原地击球技术， 然后是步法移动技术，并且对于把教学的重点放在击球技术上，忽略了步法移动 技术的重要性。本文试图改变传统教学模式，把步法移动技术放在首先学习的地 位， 并且制定相关的学习计划、 形成规范的学习模式， 使学生充分掌握这一技术， 然后进行正、反手击球技术的学习，最后经过教学实验研究，来验证逆向教学顺 序的教学效果和可行性。 本文运用文献资料法、 问卷调查法、 教学实验法、 逻辑分析法、 数理分析法、 对比分析法等科研方法，对我校网球开展的现状进行了分析和概括，然后对我校 网球正反手教学进行调查、思考，总结出步法移动在高校网球教学中的应用，制 定相应学习标准、计划，以我院网球选修班 09 级学生为实验对象进行教学实验。 经过一学期的教学实验可以看出：首先学习步法移动技术，对网球正反手击落地 球技术的教学具有很大的改善，并且增强了学生学习的信心，提高了学习网球的 兴趣。与传统教学方法相比，学生能够更快的掌握正反手击落地球技术，在稳定 性和准确性上得到了显著的提高， 这种教学方法为网球教学的进行提供一条新的 思路。 关键词：高校网球；教学顺序；教学实验；移动步法 论文类型：基础研究 关键词：高校网球；教学顺序；教学实验；移动步法 论文类型：基础研究 我院网球选修班学生学习正、反手击落地球技术顺序的实验研究 II Abstract With the rapid development of Chinas economy, Chinas tennis unfolded rapidly across the country, as of 2009, China published the Chinese Tennis Association Tennis population of up to 810 people.
