Law The proposal in enhancing and perfectting Candidate: Yan Jingjing Supervisor: Prof. ChengChangyu Academic Degree Applied for: Master of economics Specialty: National Economics University: Hebei University Date of Oral Examination: May , 2012 摘 要 I 摘 要 “农超对接”流通模式是随着市场经济的发展，为应对越来越激烈的市场竞争而产 生的新型农产品流通体制，也是降低农产品流通成本，提升市场竞争力的有效手段。然 而，在现实经济生活中农产品尤其生鲜蔬菜的收购价偏低，市场销售价过高的问题不断 显现，其产生原因值得深入深思。因此，从理论与实践的结合中寻找影响“农超对接” 流通模式发展的制约因素，发掘降低农产品生产成本、流通成本及交易成本的潜力，分 析现阶段“农超对接”流通模式存在的不足，不断改进和完善这一流通形式，使其在实 践中发挥其应有的真正作用，这是本文论证的核心内容。 本文首先对国内外相关经济学理论成果进行分析借鉴，为“农超对接”流通模式的 讨论铺垫理论基础。 其次， 通过对我国农产品流通体制的发展情况的简要梳理， 阐述 “农 超对接”产生的必然性。再次，对真正意义上的“农超对接”这一流通模式的功能和满 足条件进行详实的分析，为改进现实经济中的“农超对接”提供参照。最后，通过剖析 现阶段“农超对接”存在的问题，重点从制度建设、完善信息网络平台、处理好生产与 流通的关系、 用规模经济优势缓解价格矛盾以及充分发挥政府职能等方面提出改进的对 策建议，以加强“农超对接”在实践中的可操作性。 关键词 农超对接 规模经济 农业经济 成本收益 Abstract II Abstract With the Market economy getting more and more intense, Farmer-Supermarket Direct Supply as a new Circulation pattern of agricultural products is created for Dealing with difficulties of this economic development situation of China. It is the one of the most important steps for the farmer supplying the market directly, and the effective means to reduce costs of agricultural products and to enhance the market competitiveness. This paper attempts to Searching for the Constraints of Farmer-Supermarket Direct Supply by studying the agricultural products price contradiction between purchase price and market selling price. Through studying the Combine point between Economic theory and Farmer-Supermarket Direct Supply pattern in theory, the paper excavates the potentiality of economic theory to reduce the Produce, Circulating and Transaction costs of agricultural products. This paper Investigates shortage of Farmer-Supermarket Direct Supply pattern, and proposes recommendations and Countermeasure for its due role in practice in the future. This is the core content that this paper demonstrates. Firstly, this paper analyzes and learns from domestic and foreign economics theoretical results, and foreshadowing the theoretical basis for the discussion of the Farmer-Supermarket Direct Supply mode. Secondly, this paper briefly analyzes the mode of circulation of goods and the development of Chinese agricultural products circulation pattern, which explained the inevitability of Farmer-Supermarket Direct Supply came into being. Again, detailed analysis of the true sense of the Farmer-Supermarket Direct Supply the functions and meet the conditions of the circulation pattern and provide a reference for the improvement of the real economy Farmer-Supermarket Direct Supply.
