教学设计课题:Unit 1 How tall are you?Part A Lets talk内容分析:本单元的中心话题是询问身边的人或事物的年龄、身高、重量及长度并做比较,各课时之间的内容相互联系,教材着重就年龄、身高及长度进行询问并做比较。内容涉及自然博物馆中不同种类恐龙的比较,学生之间在年龄、身高等方面的比较等等。形容词是学生在五年级上册第一单元操练过的内容,对学生来讲比较熟悉。但是本课的词汇是形容词的比较级,要求四会掌握,单词中出现了更为复杂的变化形式,如:heavy词尾变i再加er;thin和big双写最后一个字母后再加er。由此可见,形容词比较级的变化的学习既是本课的重点又是难点。教学目标:(一)知识目标:1、学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下理解对话大意,并能回答对话下面的问题。2、能够用正确的语音,语调朗读对话,并能进行角色扮演。3、能够听,说,读,写并能在情景中恰当运用句型How tall is it? Its How tall are you? Im Its /Im taller than比较人物或动物的外貌特征。4、能够在语境中理解新单词dinosaur, hall, metre, than, both的意思,并能正确发音。5、能够完成对比自己与同学身高、年龄的活动。(二)能力目标:1、使学生初步掌握比较级的用法及句型。来源:学|科|网2、使学生知道形容词比较级变化的一般规律。3、使学生能在一定的情境中自觉运用所学新知识。(三)情感目标:培养学生分析观察能力,知道要关爱身边的人。教学重点:How tall is it?
