For these reasons, the construction monitor of the deformation and the long-term deflection of long-span bridges with high piers have important practical significance. Construction monitoring of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge - new Tongyang canal bridge which adopt cantilever construction work is made.IntroductionsIn recent 30 years, one notable achievement in civil engineering sector is the formation of the prestressed concrete bridges section construction and the development of section construction technology. They are widely accepted by engineering all over the world 1-7.Section construction of bridge structure began in the cantilever construction methods, the cantilever construction method can generally be divided into two forms: cantilever casting construction and cantilever erection construction. Cantilever casting is symmetrical on both sides of the pier piecewise-place pouring, tensioned prestressed reinforced when the concrete has reached a certain intensity, moving machine model (hanging basket) continue cantilever construction. Cantilever erection is use the crane symmetrical lifting prefabricated component, installed on both sides of the pier. Then tensioned prestressed reinforcement, the cantilever will extend continuously until closed.With the rapid development of transportation and the science and technology in our country, the development of passenger dedicated line has also been put on the agenda. Such as Wuhan - Guangzhou passenger and Beijing - Shanghai high speed railway, which are all in full swing. Large span prestressed concrete bridge of passenger dedicated line and Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway are currently widely used cantilever casting construction methods. But there are still some problems: The adaptability between post creep deformation and non-ballasted track high speed driving in the large span prestressed concrete continuous beam of passenger dedicated line. Clearly defined in our specification, camber value of prestressed concrete creep should be strictly limited. After the track build, camber value of ballasted track bridge beam creep is 20mm, while ballast less track bridge girder is 10mm. It is undoubtedly suitable for small span simply supported girder bridge, but for a larger span prestressed concrete continuous bridge is difficult to control. How much the limits, has always been a problem concerned by the design engineer. The value of large span prestressed concrete continuous beam post creep deformation has an important influence on the structure size, prestressed cable arrangement, material selection of concrete, construction loading age. The research about effect of creep deformation on the large span continuous beam bridge will play a significantly guiding role for the design and construction of similar structure 8-12.1Test situationThe new Tongyan canal-bridge is a canal bridge project across the territory in Huji, which is a reconstruction project of national highway NO.204 in Haian route segment QL1 construction tenders. In this paper, deflection, temperature and strain of the bridge in construction engineering have been tested, which is based on the practical engineering.2Deflection Test2.1Deflection Test MethodPrecision level measurements were used for the deflection of cantilever box girder observation. Leveling the observation points periodically, which are pre-buried in each cantilever construction segment box beams.
