and Telecommunications Beijing China lulunnnn Abstract This paper provides a design program to achieve the remote monitoring information system The system acquires some detailed physiological data of the far away patients using human monitoring sensor chips and the Internet of Things automatically generate electronic medical records which is saved into the database Besides with the support of information platform this system can feed back the corresponding diagnosis medical programs and proposals after analyzing the data The System which relying on a Zigbee Wireless Sensor Network technology has achieved real time transmission of physical information And the intelligence of the system in data professing and information releasing has been largely developed by the applications of databases andboth wireless andwire line networking The system has many application scenarios such as family health care which improves people s daily health care standardandthelevel oriented are increasingly clear people demand better health care system As a result realizationsofa remote health care system become more vital and urgent And the Internetof Thingstechnologywillbethebestmeansofits implementations The InternetofThings not only provides the health care system for aspectsoftechnical support but also will solve the core problems collecting and processing the remote medical information Tele monitoring information system refers to an information system that can remotely monitor the user s physical condition and physiological parameters In this paper a remote health care program design based on the InternetofThings is provided and it can improve intelligenceofinformation collection and process which will promote applicationsofthe InternetofThings in the medical industry B CurrentSituation l In the areaofremote health care there has been a lotof research work that has achieved great results most notably reflectedinthevariousmaturemedicalsensing technology However these technologies still remain in the pilot phase far away from the real practical use Restrictions FBIE 2009 to wide useofthe remote monitoring system are terminal equipment capacity and intelligence levelofdata storage and processing Atpresent theprincipalproblemsareasfollows I Highcostin obtaining andtransmitting thephysical informationofremote users physical information in real time II Data storage data analysis and data processing lackofhigh degreesofautomation and strongly depend on artificial operations In this paper a remote monitoring system based on the InternetofThings utilized human body sensor chips and Zigbee technology can solve problem I making the sensor nodes be able to operate real time collectionofinformation Furthermore through WSN we can achieve low cost low power real time transmission The information platform based on database and web programming can resolve problemII I SYSTEM DESIGN With the human sensing chip the tele monitoring information system monitors and tracks the users information in a long run including the user s physical information temperature weight heartrate blood pressure and oxygen etc and motion information speed physical exertion respiratory gait and trajectory etc With the helpofmature technology in data transmission wecanachieveremotetransmission Information Systems is responsible for making electronic medical records after receiving the data Then the data are deposited into the archives and through the data extraction integration and analysis we realize timely displayofhuman health condition and the diagnosis The information systems are highly intelligent which help to accomplish prevention disease self diagnosis health care and emergency automatic alarms OverallsystemblockdiagramshowninFigurel The information system is divided into three levels according to functions IFirstClass Distributed Sensing Unit mainly consistingof the
