Always - all the time/every time Usually - many times Often - less than usually/more than sometimes Sometimes - less than often, more than seldom Seldom - not many times/not often Never - at no time3: Exercise: Page 25 B1 Do the exercise. Make sure the Ss understand the situation, the symbols and the letters on the chart. Do the exercise orally first, and then have them write the answers individually.4: Exercise: Page 25 B2 Work in pairs. Ask and answer some questions about Wendy to practice the points of last class and the adverbs. 5: New points: Adverbial phrases of time For example: once/twice/three times a week/month/year every day/night/week/month/year on Mondays(every Monday) etc. Note: Adverbs of time come before the main verb. Adverbial phrases of time come at the end of the sentences, sometimes come at the beginning.
