G114 WTG DATA In the following points it is shown two data sheets for each WTG model The first one shows all WTG components except tower sections The second one shows the tower sections In both tables there are following columns WTG component Length m Length of the component Width m Width of the component Height m Height of the component without toolkits Unloading weight t Weight of component unloading and transport toolkits Unloading height m Height of transport component unloading and transport toolkits Lifting weight t Weight of component joint elements small toolkits lifting toolkits Lifting height m o First data sheet To calculate the height required under the crane hook the wtg hub height has to be added to the number that appears in this column o Second data sheet Height required under the crane hook The weights detailed in the tables below don t include the hook block and cables of the crane weights The Lifting height for each component indicated with arrows in the pictures below is referred to the wtg hub height The hook height required for lifting tools removal after the component is assembled is considered in this value In case of blade lifting by mean of spreader beam the lifting height must be also reached in the position where the tool is extracted at blade tip R2 once the blade is assembled Note R R1 and R2 depend on crane capacity and assembly area is determined in the direction in which the Cw has the higher value according the component shape The Ap value should be calculated according the table below AERODYNAMIC RESISTANCE COEFFICIENT Cw The Aerodynamic Resistance coefficient to be considered for the main components handled by a crane is listed below These values are the determined for the worst situation according wind direction and
