Children want to be free to choose their own friends, select their own classes in school, plan their own future, earn and spend their own money, and generally run their own life in a more way than many parents allow. Also, young children wish to be understood by their parents, but most parents dont quite understand their children. They regard it as their responsibility to teach their offspring traditional beliefs. They want them to be and do well in school. Therefore, often arise from parents tendency to interfere in childrens daily activities.,Why would the generation gap produce?,independent,obedient,misunderstanding,The technological advances play a great rule in enlarging the gap as the younger generations are quicker to accept and adopt these technologies so that they consider the conservative and technologically suspicious elders of their families very old fashioned in their, tastes, opinions and out looks toward life.,On the other hand, the older people despise the modern values which they call the internet and globalization values. They consider the young generation shallow, lacking knowledge and moral depth. This difference can best be seen in the difference of interests and hobbies. Taste of art , music, dressing sense, food habit and living style.,Fashion,You like to dress more fashion,but your parents like your dress simple.,Music,You like listen to pop music . But your parents like old music,Youth want to take risk in life and thus dont try to get into traditional way to live. They like excitement and life time enjoyment. They just think about their present not future. When a parent says no for dating and live-in relationships, youngster finds them silly, start ignoring them and behave rudely.,LIFESTYLE,Language,打酱油,恐龙,神马,元芳，你怎么看,高富帅,屌丝,As we know, the network language has become popular among young people. However, the elder cant make it clear what they talk about.,affect the healthy growth of the young,First of all, generation gap puts the healthy growth of children, physically and psychologically, in high risk.,then generation gap leaves parents heart-broken, who have suffered great hardship and sacrifices to bring up a baby.,And at last, the both parties get a depressing and fragmented family, losing the best affection of human.,hurt the feelings of parents,ruin the great pleasure of family,Influence,WHO IS TO BLAME？,1. No matter how old their son or daughter is, the parents still want to take them under their wings.,2. So, in our daily life ,we should always follow the golden rule :Do, as you would be down by.,Talk to your parents with understanding,Understanding,Have fun together,Have you ever thought why you get along well with your friend, that is because you are always playing with them ,so why not regard your parent as your friends? Gradually , you will find your parents can also have a good time with you.,To bridge the generation gap ,mutual understanding is very important. The young must learn that many things the old believe in are for a good reason.The old must understand that what the young do is how things should be done in a new situation .The young need to respect the oldsexperience,while the old need to learn more fresh things and become more open-minded.They have to find some common ground to share with each other.,Respect,The parents should try to give up their absolute power in family and give a fair environment to their children since it can make their children feel free to chat with their parents.Then it is easy for the parents to approach their lovely children.If so,a close and harmonious relationship between parents and children appears,Fair,stand in the others shoes give each other chances of understanding and making mistake be forgiving and consideration talk freely and equally,Suggestions,In my opinion, most problems between parents and children could be solved by joint efforts of both sides to enhance mutual understanding.
