UNGER FABRIK,LLC. will continue to develop monitoring systems to assess and ensure compliance. If UNGER FABRIK, LLC. determines that any factory has violated this Code, UNGER FABRIK,LLC. may either terminate its business relationship or require the factory to implement a corrective action plan.
