BRTA and BR initiated digitalization of some services (e-ticketing, driving licenses, etc. RHD introduced Central Management System to ensure better transparency. BR initiated institutional reform, DTCB reconstituted as Dhaka Mass Transit Authority(DMTA) with more power and capacity.
