They use it to lose weight, to keep a good figure, to live a healthy and happy life and so on. There are so many reasons that I can not tell you any one of them. As for me, l like swimming and running best.Among all the sports, running is one of my favorites. Running is widely considered to be one of the most efficient ways to lose weight and stay healthy, but it is not so good if you run on an empty stomach. If you run on am empty stomach, your body is forced to use the energy that is not available at that time. Secondly, it is a good way to help calm people down when they are not themselves. So when you get stuck with your work, just run, and you are sure to feel better after it. I am fond of swimming, too. First of all, it is a good way to stay alive when flood is coming, and thats why there are so many schools having this lesson in PE class. Besides, it is a whole-body movement, which can enable muscles of peoples body can get enough training. And lots of energy will be cost when people do it, so it is a healthy way to help people take off some weight. On the other hand, it is said to have the power of making people become thinner and taller. In my opinion, it is one of the most enjoyable things to go swimming in a hot summer . It can cool our body from head to toe. In a word, swimming can do great benefit to us. Above all, no matter what you like best, regular exercises are necessary for everybody, and we had better keep a good habit of doing sports regularly.2 .My favourite festivalMy favourite festival is Spring Festival. Its in January or February. People in China celebrate it, and there are many things to do. We often celebrate Spring Festival by having a big dinner, visiting relatives and friends, getting some red packets and letting off fireworks. We often have a big dinner from the first day of Spring Festival to the last day. We often go to our relatives home and have a big dinner and also we have a big dinner at home. We often have many things to talk and we are very happy. After dinner, we watch the TV programs of CCTV. There are many plays, and we often laugh at them. At midnight, we dont go to bed but wait for the new day. We always let off fireworks. Its very exciting and interesting! At Spring Festival, we always visit our relatives and friends too. We go shopping with them, and children are very excited to visit their relatives because they can get some red packets from their relatives. There is some money in it and children can use it to buy toys, books or some snacks.Spring Festival is very interesting, isnt it?3. My Favourite TV Program I like the program Animal World . First of all, I like animals, especially small animals. Secondly, the host is able to make the program lively and interesting. Thirdly, through this program I know a lot of things that I havent known before. I gain some knowledge about animal life, such as, different lives of various kinds of animals, the relationship between people and nature, people and animal, and the importance of animal protection.I want to say that animals are part of nature as we are. They can not be separated from the humans. We must keep nature in balance. Please give your love to animals. Stop killing them.4.My favourite book/film(简爱，抽到书或电影都可以用） Jane Eyre is my favorite film. It is not surprising to find some differences between the film and the novel, because the story is retold in a new way, but the spirit of the novel remains-to be an independent person, both physically and mentally. Jane Eyres parents passed away when she was very young, and her aunt，the only relative she had，treated her badly. Since Janes education in Lowwood Orphanage began, she hadnt got what she had been expectingsimply being regarded as a common person just like any other girl around her. The suffers from being unfairly treated teach Jane to be persevering and prize dignity over anything else. Later, Jane became a tutor . There she met the gardens owner, Mr. Rochester, a man with warm heart despite a cold face outside. Things seemed to get better, but fate had decided otherwise: After Jane and Rochester fell in love with each other and got down to get marry, she unfortunately came to know that in fact Rochester had a wife, who seemed to be the shadow following Rochester -Mr. Rochester was also a hopeless person in need of help. Jane did want to give him a hand, however, she made up her mind to leave, because she didnt want to betray her own rules, because she was Jane Eyre. The film has finally got a happy ending: Jane got a large number of money, and finally returned to Mr Rochester. Of course, Jane chose to stay with him forever.Life is always changing, but our living rules remain. Firmly fighting for the rights of being independent gives us enough confid
