Even as a child you realized the close relationship between what you taste and what you smell. If your favorite food no longer tastes delicious, it is usually a decreased sense of smell that is to blame.,The senses of taste and smell are intimately linked to one another. Place a ruler next to the lines or use a ruler to draw more straight lines which run parallel to the two lines. Because the background or other lines confuse the eyes. Also, what we expect to see can change what we see. Actually its more the brain that is confused than the eyes.,Do you use one of your senses more than the others? Give an example. In the dark, the sense of hearing and the sense of touch become more sensitive because we cant see anything. When we listen to our favorite music, we may close our eyes and just listen with our ears.,2. Some people cannot remember something until they have seen it. Other people only need to hear something once or twice before they can remember it. Which sense helps you learn best? How does it help you?,3. Do you know of any people who have made great achievements even if they have lost the ability to use one of their senses?
