Alloftheequipmentdescribedinthefollowingprocessdescriptionisin cludedinthepreliminaryequipmentlistprovidedinAppendix5. 1.2.1PE 工艺单元描述 PE 工艺单元由一系列工艺系统组成,下面对这些系统进行详细描述: 原料的供应和精制(第 1 部分) 乙烯的精制(第 2 部分) 反应(第 4 部分) 树脂脱气(第 5A 部分) 排放气回收(第 5B 部分) 种子床系统(第 5E 部分) 树脂添加剂处理(第 6 部分) 造粒(第 7 部分) 工艺流程图(PFD)附于本附件的附录 1-2。 下面工艺描述中涉及的所有设备见附件 5 中的初步工艺设备清单。 RawMaterialSupplyandPurification(Part1)RawMaterialSupplyandPurification(Part1) NitrogenandhydrogenaredeliveredtotheContractPlantBatteryLimits bypipeline. Comonomers,butene1andhexene1,andInducedCondensingAgent(ICA),is opentane,aresuppliedtotheContractPlantbypipeline.Ithasbeenassu medthatsufficientstoragecapacityisavailablefromtheOutsideBatte ryLimits(OSBL)forbutene1,hexene1,andICA. Cocatalystalkylisreceivedinshippingcontainersforusedirectlyint hePEProcessUnit. Comonomer Purification Acommonpurificationsystemisprovidedforthetwocomonomers- butene1andhexene1.LiquidcomonomerfromtheBatteryLimitsisfeddire ctlyintotheComonomerDegassingColumn(C1008).Thecolumn,whichismo untedontheComonomerSurgeTank(C1007),isequippedwithwatercooledC omonomerCondenser(E1009)andsteamheatedComonomerReboiler(E1010) .Asmallstreamofoverheadgas,containingstrippedlightgascontamina ntsventstotheflare.ThebottomproductfromtheComonomerSurgeTankpa ssesthroughComonomerCooler(E1011).Thecoolersprimarypurposeis toprovideadequateNPSHfortheComonomerChargePump(G1002orG1003,an installedspare).TheComonomerChargePumpbooststhecomonomerpressu retoapproximately2,861kPag(415psig)forflowintotheReactor.Fromt heComonomerChargePump,comonomerflowsthroughtheComonomerDryer(C 1004orC1005)toremovewaterandotherpolarimpuritiesfromthecomonom erstreambyphysicaladsorption.Themolecularsievebedsrequireperio dicregenerationwithhotnitrogen.ThespareComonomerDryerisusedwhi letheotherisbeingregenerated,thusallowinguninterruptedcomonome rflow. Nitrogen Purification NitrogenfromtheBatteryLimitspassesthroughtheNitrogenPreheater( E1108)beforeenteringtheNitrogenDeoxoVessel(C1109orC1111).TheNi trogenDeoxoVesselcontainsafixedbedoffreecoppercatalystwhichrem ovesoxygenfromthenitrogenstreambyoxidationofcoppertocopperoxid es.Thecatalystbedrequiresperiodicregenerationwithastreamofhydr ogendilutedinhotnitrogen.NitrogenleavingtheNitrogenDeoxoVessel isfedtotheNitrogenDryer(C1112).TheNitrogenDryercontainsmolecul arsieveswhichremovewaterandotherpolarimpuritiesfromthenitrogen streambyphys
