For these requirements, the traditional teaching methods difficult. The use of emphasis on professional activity oriented to human development-based “behavior-oriented teaching method” will better meet these education requirements. This paper is on secondary vocational education, computer programming (Visual Basic) in the teaching of how to use the 3“behavior-oriented approach” to conduct a preliminary study. First, the basic theory of behavior-oriented teaching methods “Behavior-oriented teaching method” is imported from Germany in recent years, the modern new model of vocational education, the objective is to develop human-level capacity, method level is the activities of human behavior. Namely: to act as the goal of such education and teaching of behavior-oriented, teaching students to actively participate in a comprehensive teaching, learning process is students want to use the brain, heart, hand to carry out a learning process. Behavior-oriented teaching methods are highly targeted, 4that is, the professional activity-oriented, in order to teach students “learn how to learn, learning to work” as its target to carry out teaching activities, therefore, for learners, the learning objective is very clear, now the learning is for the future of the career service.
