哈 尔 滨 广 厦 学 院毕 业 论 文系 别 会 计 系专 业 财 务 管 理 （ 会 计 学 方 向 ）班 级 09 级 财 会 8 班学 生 姓 名 邢 士 元2013 年 06 月 05 日哈 尔 滨 广 厦 学 院毕 业 论 文题 目 提 升 中 小 企 业财 务 能 力 研 究学 生 邢 士 元指 导 教 师 郭 晓 雨专 业 财 务 管 理 （ 会 计 学 方 向 ）班 级 09 级 财 会 8 班系 别 会 计 系2013 年 06 月 05 日提 升 中 小 企 业 财 务 能 力 研 究摘 要目 前 ， 中 小 企 业 的 地 位 和 作 用 越 来 越 被 人 们 认 识 和 重 视 ， 中 小 企 业 对 我 国 经 济 发展 、 市 场 繁 荣 和 就 业 扩 大 起 着 重 要 的 促 进 作 用 。 但 是 ， 由 于 内 部 和 外 部 环 境 的 缺 陷 ，中 小 企 业 的 发 展 受 到 严 重 制 约 ， 特 别 是 中 小 企 业 的 财 务 能 力 无 法 得 到 较 好 提 升 ， 不 能很 好 地 发 挥 财 务 管 理 对 企 业 资 金 的 计 划 、 运 用 和 分 配 的 作 用 。 中 小 企 业 抵 抗 风 险 的 能力 较 弱 ， 企 业 寿 命 周 期 短 、 生 存 力 不 强 。针 对 这 些 情 况 ， 通 过 运 用 所 学 的 财 务 管 理 学 、 管 理 学 、 经 济 学 等 理 论 知 识 从 中 小企 业 的 财 务 能 力 的 理 论 入 手 ， 结 合 中 小 企 业 财 务 状 况 的 特 点 ， 对 提 升 中 小 企 业 财 务 能力 进 行 了 研 究 ， 找 出 中 小 企 业 财 务 能 力 弱 主 要 表 现 在 融 资 难 、 投 资 能 力 差 、 利 润 分 配不 合 理 、 财 务 控 制 力 弱 等 主 要 几 个 方 面 。 采 用 理 论 联 系 实 际 和 综 合 分 析 的 方 法 提 出 合理 的 改 进 建 议 。 主 要 从 优 化 外 部 环 境 ， 提 升 财 务 执 行 力 ， 拓 宽 融 资 方 式 ， 正 确 进 行 投资 决 策 ， 合 理 分 配 收 益 ， 以 及 提 升 财 务 维 持 能 力 和 应 变 创 新 能 力 几 个 方 面 进 行 阐 述 。最 后 通 过 对 浙 江 义 乌 宝 娜 斯 有 限 公 司 提 升 财 务 能 力 的 案 例 分 析 ， 从 中 得 到 一 些 启 示 和借 鉴 。关 键 词 ： 中 小 企 业 ； 财 务 能 力 ； 财 务 管 理AbstractNowadays, the status and function of Small and Mediumsized Enterprises (SMEs)are more and more known and respected by the people, and they have already become thenew force on our economys development, the market prosperity and the employmentexpanded. However, because of the defect of outer and inter environment, the developmentof SMEs in our country is restricted seriously. Especially the financial management ofenterprises can not obtain value which they should have, cant display the financialfunction of plan, utilization and assignment on enterprises funds, so the SMEs have weakability to resist risk and have short life.In view of this, through using theoretical knowledge of financial management,management, and economics learned from university to start the research on enhancingfinancial capacity of SMEs, combining with the status of small and medium-sized financialmanagement. The SMEs should conduct an in-depth analysis to identify weak financialcapacity .The main difficulty is the financing, poor investment; irrationally allocateretained earnings, poor financial control and other major questions. Through using thetheory with practice approach and a comprehensive analysis approach in findingreasonable suggestions for enhancing financial capacity of SMEs.
