长 春 工 业 大 学 人 文 信 息 学 院 毕 业 设 计 （ 论 文 ）I摘 要随 着 数 字 技 术 的 快 速 发 展 ， 数 字 技 术 被 广 泛 应 用 于 智 能 控 制 的 领 域 中 。 单 片 机以 体 积 小 、 功 能 全 、 价 格 低 廉 、 开 发 方 便 的 优 势 得 到 了 许 多 电 子 系 统 设 计 者 的 青 睐 。它 适 合 于 实 时 控 制 ， 可 构 成 工 业 控 制 器 、 智 能 仪 表 、 智 能 接 口 、 智 能 武 器 装 置 以 及通 用 测 控 单 元 等 。本 文 以 AT89S51单 片 机 为 核 心 设 计 了 全 自 动 洗 衣 机 控 制 系 统 ， 本 系 统 实 现 了 对洗 衣 机 整 个 洗 衣 过 程 的 控 制 ， 包 括 用 户 参 数 输 入 、 洗 衣 、 脱 水 和 结 束 报 警 四 个 阶 段 。控 制 系 统 主 要 由 电 源 电 路 、 单 片 机 控 制 系 统 和 外 部 硬 件 电 路 三 大 模 块 组 成 。 电 源 电路 为 单 片 机 主 控 系 统 提 供 5v的 直 流 电 压 ； 单 片 机 主 控 系 统 负 责 控 制 洗 衣 机 的 工 作过 程 ， 主 要 由 AT89S51单 片 机 、 数 码 管 、 按 键 、 蜂 鸣 器 、 LED指 示 灯 组 成 ； 外 部 硬件 电 路 有 继 电 器 、 三 极 管 、 LED灯 组 成 。本 系 统 的 电 路 并 不 复 杂 ， 给 AT89S51单 片 机 载 入 软 件 程 序 后 ， 能 够 实 现 全 自 动洗 衣 机 的 基 本 功 能 。 虽 然 不 能 与 电 器 市 场 上 的 洗 衣 机 控 制 系 统 媲 美 ， 但 也 具 有 一 定的 实 用 性 。关 键 词 ： AT89S51 用 户 参 数 继 电 器 控 制 系 统 LED长 春 工 业 大 学 人 文 信 息 学 院 毕 业 设 计 （ 论 文 ）IIAbstractWith its rapid development, digital technology is widely used in thefield of control system. Single chip microcontroller is favored by manyelectronic system designers for its smallness, full function, low price andeasy application. Its pretty fit for real-time control as a core inindustrial controller, intelligent apparatus, intelligent interface,intelligent weapon device, universal measure control unit, etc.This article designs a full-automatic washing machine control systemwith AT89S51 as core. This system realizes whole working course offull-automatic washing machine, including four parts: user parameter input,wash, dehydrate and ending music play. Hardware system is made up of threemodules: power supply circuit, digital control circuit and machine controlcircuit. Power supply circuit provides steady DC 5V voltage for digitalcontrol circuit and AC 220V for motor. Digital control circuit takes chargeof controlling the working course. It consists of AT89S51, double-figuredcommon-cathoded numeral display, buttons, buzzer, LED. Machine controlcircuit realizes the functions of water level detect, motor driven, waterimport and export, it consists of water level detector, motor, transmissionsystem components and penstocks.After downloading the program to AT89S51, this circuit can realize basicfunctions of full-automatic washing machine.
