申请学位级别 硕士 学科专业名称 供 热 、 供 燃 气 、 通 风分类号:TU13.110710-2010129046硕 士 学 位 论 文Commissioning 在 五 星 级 酒 店 空 调 系 统 中 的 应 用刘 冲导师姓名职称 官燕玲教授及 空 调 工 程论文提交日期 2013 年 5 月 28 日 论文答辩日期 2013 年 6 月 3 日学位授予单位 长安大学Commissioning Applied In The Air DistributionOf Five-Star HotelA Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of MasterCandidate： Liu ChongSupervisor： Prof. Guan YanlingChangan University, Xian, China摘 要五 星 级 酒 店 空 调 系 统 庞 大 ， 应 用 技 术 成 熟 且 领 先 ， 对 人 员 舒 适 度 要 求 较 高 ， 而 且 房间 种 类 较 多 ， 空 调 系 统 形 式 多 样 ， 业 主 一 般 要 求 对 其 空 调 系 统 进 行 Commissioning（ 调试、控制、优化）工作，保证空调系统合理运行，得到合理的气流组织，以起到节能、满 足 功 能 和 舒 适 度 目 的 。本 文 介 绍 了 Commissioning 概 念 ， 阐 述 了 Commissioning 的 内 涵 ， 以 及 其 发 展 历 史与 演 化 ， 着 重 介 绍 了 Commissioning 在 中 国 的 发 展 与 应 用 。 2011 年 ， 中 国 科 技 部 、 国 家能 源 局 和 美 国 能 源 部 共 同 成 立 的 中 美 清 洁 能 源 联 合 研 究 中 心 建 筑 节 能 合 作 项 目 “先进 建 筑 设 备 系 统 技 术 的 适 应 性 研 究 和 示 范 课 题 ”已 经 顺 利 启 动 ， 建 筑 暖 通 空 调 系 统 的Commissioning 是该课题的主要组成部分。通 过 对 Commissioning 研 究 、 应 用 和 积 累 ， 以 北 京 某 五 星 级 酒 店 为 实 体 工 程 ， 对 酒店 典 型 空 间 客 房 、 变 风 量 系 统 、 冷 却 塔 进 行 了 Commissioning 工 作 ， 其 工 作 内 容 包 括 设计 阶 段 的 方 案 审 核 ， 检 查 阶 段 的 问 题 提 出 ， 测 试 阶 段 的 系 统 检 测 ， 调 试 阶 段 的 系 统 平 衡与 自 控 验 证 ， 从 而 保 证 空 调 系 统 满 足 功 能 需 要 ， 达 到 节 能 目 的 。客 房 、 冷 却 塔 、 变 风 量 系 统 进 行 了 Commissioning 工 作 后 ， 利 用 CFD 模 拟 软 件 对 客房 、 冷 却 塔 、 变 风 量 管 道 系 统 的 气 流 组 织 进 行 模 拟 和 实 验 研 究 ， 指 出 了 酒 店 客 房 、 冷 却塔 、 变 风 量 管 道 系 统 气 流 组 织 存 在 的 问 题 ， 并 提 出 了 解 决 问 题 的 方 案 。关键字：C ommissioning 气流组织 客房 冷却塔 变风量IAbstractIn five-star hotel air conditioning system is so large, applied technology is mature andleading.and it need higher requirements for personnel comfort.and there are kinds of rooms,Air conditioning system forms is diversification. Owners require the Commissioning work forthe air conditioning system and make sure reasonable airflow organization,sothat we can getthe result of energy saving, comfort and good function.Commissioning concept has been introduced in this paper, expounds the connotation ofthe commissioning, as well as its historical development and evolution, emphaticallyintroduces the commissioning in Chinas development and application.
