南通农业职业技术学院毕 业 论 文2014 年 6 月 6 日课 题 名 称 浅谈造纸废水的处理和清洁生产专 业 及 班 级 环治 3112 班学 号 1161304238姓 名 徐康平指 导 老 师 何新云浅谈造纸废水的处理和清洁生产摘 要制浆造纸工业是我国国民经济的重要产业之一，近几年，在巨大的市场需求的强力拉动下，制浆造纸工业发展速度较快，随着人均消耗纸量的不断增加，造纸行业的发展具有巨大的潜力。但与此同时，造纸行业排放的污染总量在增加，所造成的环境污染问题也日益突出，制浆造纸工业已成为我国排放有机水污染物最多的工业行业。本文通过对造纸废水的处理和清洁生产进行综合概述。详细介绍造纸废水的来源及特性，并着重对造纸废水的处理及利用进行研究，再将以江苏王子制纸有限公司为依托，探讨造纸废水处理中常见的问题及解决方法。将会涉及到造纸废水处理流程，重点对制浆造纸废水进行深入研究，通过污染指标、来源、特性、处理及利用，了解造纸废水处理的重要性。并将结合江苏王子制纸有限公司废水处理实况，相应提出造纸行业清洁生产的对策，探讨废水处理“零”排放的前景。关键词 造纸废水 处理利用 清洁生产 “零”排放 Treatment and clean production of papermaking wastewater AbstractThe pulp and paper industry is one of the most important industries of our national economy, in recent years, with the huge market demand driven by strong, the development speed of pulping industry and fast , with the increasing amount of per capita consumption of paper, has enormous potential for the development of paper industry. But at the same time, the paper industry pollution total emissions are increasing, the problem of environmental pollution caused by the increasingly prominent, the pulp and paper industry has become Chinas emissions of organic pollutants in water most of the industry.This paper summarizes the treatment and clean production of papermaking wastewater. The source and characteristics of papermaking wastewater, and focus on the processing and utilization of papermaking wastewater is studied, and then to Jiangsu Oji Paper Co. Ltd. as the basis,to explore the common problems and solving method in the treatment of papermaking wastewater.Will be related to the process of i papermaking wastewater treatment, especially for deep research on pulping and papermaking wastewater, the pollution indicators, sources, characteristics, processing and utilization, to understand the importance of the papermaking wastewater treatment.
