1本 科 毕 业 论 文院 系： 教育学院 专 业： 教育技术学 班 级： 教育技术 2 作 者： 索朗达杰 指导教师： 邱婧玲 完成时间：2 0 1 2 年 4 月2教育技术学专业实践教学中存在的问题、原因及对策研究【摘要】：教育技术学专业是综合性的专业，除了正式的课内实践教学安排外，应该安排形式多样的课外实践内容，让学生有充足的学习和练习机会,教育技术是通过创造、使用、管理适当的技术过程和资源，促进学习和改善绩效的研究与符合道德规范的实践。教育技术专业人才的培养中存在培养实践目标定位不清、课程设置不合理、重理论讲述、轻能力培养、学生能力的培养不符合专业要求等问题，造成培养的学生专业特点不突出，就业困难。高等教育技术应以实践为导向，走理论结合的实践道路，教育技术学专业的学生应定位于技术人员，即专业理论够用、生产技术操作和动手能力强的复合型技术应用人才，提出应当针对现状，探索出更好的、符合社会实际的人才培养模式，通过这种方式，学生迅速提高实践教学中的才能。实践任务来源广泛，任务驱动型实践教学方式将实践效果发挥到极高的水平。 【关键词】：教育技术学 人才培养 教育技术实践 实践教学3Educational technology specialty practice teaching problems, causes and Countermeasures Abstract Educational technology is to promote learning, on the processes and resources design, development, utilization, management and evaluation of the theory and practice, exploration of the basic problems in practice teaching and countermeasures. Educational technology is by creating, using, and managing appropriate technological processes and resources, facilitating learning and improving performance research and ethical practice. Educational technology professional personnel training in training practice target fixed position is not clear, unreasonable curriculum, theory about light, ability cultivation, the cultivation of students ability does not accord with the professional requirement problem, causing students professional characteristic is not outstanding, obtain employment difficulty. Higher education technology should be practice-oriented theory combining with practice, walking road, educational technology majors should be defined in the technical staff, professional enough theory, production technology and hands-on ability of composite technology application talents. We should be aimed at the current situation, to explore better, meet the social reality of the personnel training mode. The article tries to pass pair of education technology specialty practice teaching problems, causes and countermeasures.
