宫腔放置球囊压迫在剖宫产术中产后出血的应用研究【摘要】 目的：探究?m 腔放置球囊压迫（Bakri 球囊压迫术）在剖宫产术中产后出血的应用价值。方法：选择 2010年 2月-2017 年 2月本院收治的宫产术中产后出血患者 44例，按治疗方式不同分为观察组（25 例）和对照组（19 例） 。观察组患者实施 Bakri球囊压迫术治疗，对照组实施宫腔纱条填塞止血法治疗。比较两组患者手术情况、临床疗效、产后感染情况及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组产后出血量、手术时间、住院时间、输血量与对照组相比均有明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P【关键词】 剖宫产； Bakri 球囊压迫术； 产后出血；宫腔纱条填塞止血法 The Application Research of Postpartum Hemorrhage in the Cesarean Section by the Intrauterine Balloon Compression/LIN Yu-ying./Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（10）：017-020 【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application value of the intrauterine balloon compression （Bakri balloon compression） in the cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage.
