I摘 要该 设 计 矿 井 为 七 台 河 精 煤 集 团 有 限 公 司 新 兴 六 矿 0.9Mt/a新 井 设 计 ， 井 田 有 可 采 煤层 5层 ， 即 47#、 48#、 49#、 51#、 58#煤 层 ,煤 层 平 均 总 厚 度 为 8.1m， 均 属 于 中 厚 煤 层 ， 煤层 工 业 牌 号 为 1/3焦 煤 。 东 西 走 向 长 约 4.5Km， 南 北 倾 斜 宽 约 3.25Km， 面 积 约 14.625 Km2。 设 计 井 田 的 可 采 储 量 74.8611Mt， 服 务 年 限 为 59.4a。该 设 计 矿 井 采 用 双 立 井 开 拓 方 式 ，根 据 井 田 垂 深 可 划 分 三 个 开 采 水 平 。 采 用 集 中大 巷 布 置 ， 大 巷 采 用 10t架 线 式 电 机 车 牵 引 3.0t底 卸 式 矿 车 运 输 。 采 煤 方 法 为 走 向 长 壁采 煤 法 ， 采 煤 工 艺 为 普 通 机 械 化 采 煤 工 艺 ， 采 空 区 处 理采 用 为 全 部 垮 落 法 。主 井 采 用 多 绳 摩 擦 箕 斗 提 升 ， 副 井 采 用 刚 性 组 合 罐 道 罐 笼 提 升 。矿 井 的 通 风 方 式 为 两 翼 对 角 抽 出 式 。关 键 词 ： 开 拓 ； 水 平 ； 集 中 ； 走 向 长 壁 全 套 图 纸 ， 加IIAbstractThis is a new design gor 0.9Mt/a of Xinxing No.6 in Qitaihe coal mining Group.It has five workable coal seams,they are 47#,48#,49#,51#,58# ,total thickness of coal seam is 8.1 meters.The coal seam industry trademark is 1/3 coking coal.The mne is 4.5Km long and 3.25Km width,the mine area is 14.625Km2.this mie field recoverable resources is 74.8611Mt.This mines life is 59 years. This mine pit design uses take the double vertical shaft development,the division as there levels,Uses concentrates the big lane arrangement.The big lanetransportation uses 10 ton wire laying type electric locomotive to tow the 3 ton Bottom-dump mine cars to transport,uses long wall mining on the strike to mine.Coal wining technology is the ordinary mechanized coal wining technology.We wse the caving method for all working faces.
