I摘 要本 设 计 矿 井 为 鸡 西 矿 业 集 团 平 岗 煤 矿 3.00Mt/a新 矿 井 设 计 ， 一 共 有 4层 可 采 煤 层 ，分 别 为 22#、 33#、 35#、 38#， 煤 层 总 厚 度 为 21米 。 煤 层 工 业 牌 号 为 1/3焦 煤 ， 设 计 井 田的 可 采 储 量 42997.5万 吨 ， 设 计 服 务 年 限 为 67年 ， 本 矿 井 设 计 采 用 以 立 井 为 主 的 综 合机械 化 开 拓 方 式 ， 划 分 为 二 个 水 平 ， 12个 采 区 。 每 个 采 区 为 单 翼 开 采 ， 两 个 工 作 面 达 产 ，达 产 时 采 区 个 数 为 两 个 。 采 用 分 层 布 置 ，22#， 33#， 35#,38#层 单 独 开 采 ，。 大 巷 运 输 采 用14吨 架 线 式 电 机 车 牵 引 5吨 底 卸 式 矿 车 运 输 ， 采 用 的 采 煤 方 法 为 走 向 长 壁 采 煤 法 ， 采煤 工 艺 为 综 合 机 械 化 采 煤 工 艺 。顶 板 处 理 方 法 为 全 部 跨 落 法 。关 键 词 ： 矿 井 设 计 ； 单 翼 开 采 ； 单 一 开 拓全 套 图 纸 ， 加IIAbstractThis design is the new 3.00million-tons-per-year mine design of Jixi Mining Bureau Donghai Coal Mine. There are four minable coal beds, Bed 22, 33, 35, and 38. The total thickness of the coal beds is 21metres. The industrial shop sign of the coal beds is one third coking coal. The minable reserves is 42997.5 million tons. The time limit of the design is 67 years. This mine adopts the comprehensive mechanizational pioneering method which plays a major role in vertical mines. It is devided into two levels and twelve mining areas. Each area applies for unilateral mining. When the output is reached, there will be two mining areas. It adopts stratificational arrangement. Beds 22, 33, 35 and 38 are mined individually. Tunnel transportation uses 14-ton coal-tracing electric locomotive to tow the 5-ton buttom-unloading tram. The mining technology is comprehensive mechanizational technology.
