263集水區崩塌地治理區位優選之研究阮建元 (1) 何世華 (2)摘要台灣山地陡峻、地質條件不佳,若土地利用不當,逢颱風暴雨時期,豪大雨易伴隨土石發生災害。近期莫拉克颱風重創南台灣,豪大雨事件引發山區多處崩塌。災情慘重及崩塌區位零散之集水區,如何優選重點治理區位常因權責單位考量不同而有差異。本研究以集水區崩塌率為環境指標,作為治理區位優選之依據,另以網格式合理化法(Grid Rational Algorithm for Predicting Hydrograph, GRAPH)模擬集水區流量歷線,探討集水區崩塌率對水源涵養能力之衝擊,顯示災後優選區位之逕流量有明顯增加。(關鍵詞:區位優選、崩塌率、網格式合理化法)A study of site priority for watershed landslide managementJian-Yuan Ruan(1) Shi-Hua He(2)Graduate Student(1), and Doctoral Student(2), Department of Soil and Water ConservationNational Chung Hsing University, Taichung , Taiwan, R.O.C.ABSTRACTWith the properties of steep terrain and poor geologic condition, areas of improper land use in Taiwan suffer debris disaster during the typhoon and/or storm seasons. Typhoon Morakot striking southern Taiwan caused several landslides in the mountainous areas. There are different considerations in priority of landslide management for the related authorities. This study focuses on the site priority of landslide management according to watershed landslide ratio. The method of Grid Rational Algorithm for Predicting Hydrograph is also used to simulate watershed discharge hydrograph for exploring the impacts of landslide ratio on the water conservation in a watershed.
