1石井油库工艺设计摘 要这次设计的目的主要是在给定福建石井油库生产作业量和油品运输方式后,我们要充分结合福建石井油库所处的地理位置和自然条件,对油库进行合理的设计。福建石井油库临近大海,有很好的水力条件,我们要利用这些条件确定油库中油罐的类型、栈桥的长度、管径的大小、所用泵的类型、加热器的面积等。在这次设计过程中我们主要采用在满足油库安全规范条件下充分利用地形优势,以节约开支,降低成本的方法。我们首先根据掌握的资料进行初步的计算,为油库选择既经济又合理的部件并进行草图的绘制以便为设计提供依据;其次,我们进行了流程图的绘制,以便使整个油库的运作方式更为直观;再次,我们进行了安装图的绘制,以便于施工;最后,我们又将油库的平面图绘制了出来,用以展示整个油库的整体布局。通过这次的设计,我们将整个油库从设计到施工的全过程都清晰的设计出来,为油库的建设提供了依据,而且由于考虑的较充分,也为油库的建设节约了成本。但是,油库在以后的运作过程中也要注意操作的规范性。关键词: 油库,轻油,栈桥。2The Process design of Shijing depotAbstractThe main purpose of this design is after in a given production volume of oil depots and the transport mode of the Fujian Shijing oil depots, we should be fully integrated Fujian Shijing depots geographical location and natural conditions, to rationally design the depot. Fujian Shijing depot bounded by the ocean in near, with good water conditions.We must use these conditions to determine the type of oil tanks, the length of trestle, diameter size, the type of used pump, the area of heater.During this design process we mainly used in meet the security norms and fully use the advantage of the terrain advantage to cut expenses and cut costs. Firstly, we use the method of use the information we holded to preliminary calculations to choice the economically and reasonablly section for the depot and draw a draft plan to provide a basis for the design; Secondly, we conducted a flow chart of the drawing, so that the mode of operation of the entire depot is more intuitive; again, we carried out an installation mapping in order to facilitate the construction; Finally, we drawed out plan to show the overall layout of the entire depot.Through this design, we have clearly designed the whole depot from layout to construction of the whole process, provide a basis for the build of depot, but also due to consider more fully, as well as decrease the savings of construction of oil tanks.
