胆囊收缩素与肝内胆管结石的相关性研究摘要：目的 研究胆囊收缩素（CCK）与肝内胆管结石形成的相关性。方法 随机选择肝内胆管结石患者 50 例为实验组；另外随机选择无肝内胆管结石患者 50 例作为对照组；术前空腹抽肘前静脉血 2 ml；离心后取上清液严格按试剂盒使用说明进行测定。所有数值以（xs）表示，两组比较用 t 检验，采用 SPSS 统计软件处理分析。结果 实验组患者术前血清中的胆囊收缩素水平明显高于对照组，具有统计学意义（P关键词：胆囊收缩素；肝内胆管结石 Abstract：Objective To study the cholecystokinin （CCK） and intrahepatic bile duct stone formation relevance.
