肝炎肝硬化患者的肝功能指标检验分析摘要：目的 分析肝炎肝硬化患者肝功能指标检验结果。方法 选取我院 20152016 年就诊的 40例肝炎肝硬化患者，将其作为肝病组，另从同期来我院体检的健康人群中选取 40例作为健康组。对比两组受检者的肝功能各指标水平，并观察肝病组不同 Child-Pugh分级者的肝功能各指标水平。结果 肝病组肝功能相关指标与健康组有明显差异（P关键词：肝炎肝硬化；肝功能指标；检验分析 Abstract：Objective Analysis of hepatitis B liver function test.Methods 40 cases of liver cirrhosis in our hospital during 20152016 treatment，the liver disease group，the other from healthy people in our hospital physical examination in the same period 40 cases selected as healthy group.The levels of liver function in the two groups were compared and the levels of liver function in different Child-Pugh graders were observed.Results There was significant difference between the indexes of liver function of the group of liver disease and healthy group（P0.05） 。 1.2 方法 两组受检者均在清晨空腹状态下抽取肘静脉血为 3 ml，以 3000 r/min的速度离心 5 min，提取上清液置于-20保存，使用全自动生化分析仪（美国贝克曼库尔特有限公司） ，白蛋白（ALB） 、血胆固醇（CHO）试剂、胆碱酯酶（CHE） 、总胆汁酸（TBA）试剂和标准品均来自江苏泽雨生物科技有限公司，所有试剂的使用均严格按照试剂盒背面使用说明操作，结果显示后对所得数据进行详细记录3。 1.3 统计学方法 应用 SPSS18.0统计软件进行数据分析，计量资料以（xs）表示，采用独立样本 t检验；计数资料以%描述，采用 2 检验，P
