兰州理工大学毕业设计说明书摘 要本文主要介绍了污水处理自动控制系统中细格栅系统的设计,完成了对细格栅间三台电机的自动控制。文中首先介绍了城市污水处理工艺流程和 PLC 的工作原理， 然后对污水处理自动控制系统进行硬件设计, 包括主电路和控制电路的设计、PLC 的选型与组态，还详细介绍了西门子 PLC 的编程软件 STEP7。最后对控制系统的软件系统进行了开发与调试，实现了本次设计的主要功能。关键词: 污水处理系统; 自动控制; PLC兰州理工大学毕业设计说明书AbstractThis paper designed a Automatic Controlling System in Wastewater treatment. Firstly, it introduced the sewage treatment process flow and the operational principle of PLC. Secondly, it designed the hardware of the Wastewater treatment control system, including the designation of main circuit and controlling circuit in Wastewater Treatment and the configuration of PLC. Additionally, it revealed STEP7,the programming software of Siemens PLC.
