观音阁水电站工程设计The Engineering Design of Guanyinge Hydropower Station(说明书)学 院(系): 专 业:学 生 姓 名: 学 号: 指 导 教 师: 评 阅 教 师: 完 成 日 期: 2011-5-30 观音阁水电站工程设计说明书- I -摘 要太子河为辽河下游东侧一大支流。太子河流域的多年平均径流量约 46 亿 m,为辽河诸支流中水量最丰富的河流。本流域洪水系由暴雨产生,次数频繁,陡涨陡落,洪峰特大,加之太子河沿岸提防较薄弱,防洪安全泄量有限,导致本河沿岸洪涝灾害严重。为了解决太子河流域防洪、除涝,工业及城市用水,灌溉用水及发电等要求,在太子河干流修建观音阁水库。观音阁水电站工程设计的内容包括径流调节和水能计算、水轮发电机组的选择、洪水调节、坝体设计、水电站厂区厂房布置、安装间楼板结构计算。通过计算可得观音阁水库的兴利库容为 ,正常蓄水位为 ;361085.2mm6.231选择的水轮机的型号为 HL240-LJ-180,发电机型号为 SF8-12/312;设计洪水位为,校核洪水位为 ;坝体由挡水坝段、溢流坝段和电站坝段组成,溢流m42.3m12.35坝段坝体采用挑流消能型式;水电站厂房采用坝后式厂房形式,电站厂区主要包括主厂房、副厂房、尾水渠 、主变压器、高压开关站和对外交通线等;安装间采用梁格式结构布置,并为转子检修设置了水平圆弧梁,梁下有八个支柱。关键词:径流调节;水轮发电机组;洪水调节;厂房布置;楼板配筋观音阁水电站工程设计说明书- II -The Engineering Design of Guanyinge Hydropower StationAbstract Taizi River is a big branch of Liaohe River ,it lies in the east side of the downstream. The multi-annual mean amount of runoff of Taizi River basin is about 4.6 billion m, which is the richest river in Liaohe River various branches in water volume. The flood of this basin is produced by rainstorm, the number of times is frequent, the sudden rise drops sharply, the flood peak is especially big. In addition, the coast beware of Taizi River is weakly, the amount of flood control discharge is limited. Therefore the flood along the river is severe.
