毕 业 设 计系 别： 化学工程技术系 课题名称：对氨基苯甲酸乙酯生产工艺设计 班 级： 化工 0911 学生姓名： 陈海波 指导教师： 张頔 2012 年 1 月 8 日 中 文 摘 要I论文题目：1200t/a 对氨基苯甲酸乙酯生产工艺设计摘 要对氨基苯甲酸乙酯又名苯佐卡因，是一种医药中间体，在医用上可作为局部麻醉剂使用，本文研究了对氨基苯甲酸乙酯的生产工艺。本文讨论了目前对氨基苯甲酸乙酯的多种制备方法，并从生产工艺的技术先进性、经济合理性、催化剂的选择、操作温度、操作压力、三废处理及环境保护，安全生产等方面对这几种工艺进行了分析和比较，得出了以对氨基苯甲酸和乙醇为原料，浓硫酸为催化剂，直接酯化制备对氨基苯甲酸乙酯的方法。该法具有生产条件简单、易于控制、催化剂易得廉价、安安全环保等优点。关键词：对氨基苯甲酸; 乙醇; 浓硫酸; 酯化; 精馏 英 文 摘 要IITitle: 1200t / A on production of ethyl designABSTRACTBenzocaine aka benzocaine, is a pharmaceutical intermediates, in the medical sense can be used as a local anesthetic use, this paper researches on the production process of ethyl benzoate.This article discusses the current variety of benzocaine preparation method, and from the production process of advanced technology, economic rationality, selection of catalyst, operating temperature, pressure, waste treatment and environmental protection, safety and other aspects of these processes were analyzed and compared, the p-amino benzoic acid and ethyl alcohol as a raw material, concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst, esterification of ethyl preparation method.
