Party A shall pay Party B the salary during the sick leave in accordance with XXX management system. 第九条 乙方患职业病或因工负伤的待遇按国家和北京市的有关规定执行。Clause 9 Party B shall be entitled to the benefits as set forth in the relevant rules and regulations of the State and Beijing Municipality if he/she is ill with occupational disease or injured due to work.第十条 甲方为乙方提供以下福利待遇：详则见 XXX 管理制度。Clause 10 Party A shall enable Party B to be entitled to the following welfare and benefits: refer to XXX management system for details.六、合约的变更、解除 Contract Alternation and Cancellation 第十一条 有下列情形之一的，甲乙双方应变更合同并及时办理变更合同手续：Clause 11 Party A and Party B shall alter this Contract and promptly go through contract alternation procedures if any of the following circumstances happens: （一）甲乙双方协商一致的；Party A and Party B reach an agreement on alternation upon negotiation;（二）订立本合同所依据的客观情况发生重大变化，致使本合同无法履行的；The performance of this Contract is rendered discontinued by the substantial change of objective circumstances which the conclusion of this Contract is relied upon; 4（三）订立本合同所依据的法律法规、规章发生变化的。Laws, rules and regulations upon which the conclusion of this Contract is relied change.第十二条 乙方有下列情形之一的，甲方可以解除本合同：Clause 12 Party A shall be entitled to cancel this Contract in any of the following circumstances:（一） 在试用期间被证明不符合录用条件的；Party B is proven during the probationary period not to satisfy the requirements of employment;（二） 严重违反劳动纪律或者甲方利益造成重大损害的；Party B materially violates labor disciplines or causes substantial damage to Party As interests;（三） 严重失职，营私舞弊，对甲方利益造成重大损害的；Party B seriously neglects his duty, engages in malpractice for selfish ends and brings significant damage to Party As interests;（四） 被依法追究刑事责任的。Part B is being investigated for criminal liab
