质量控制CHAPTER EIGHT QUALITY REQUIREMENTS1. 钢结构安装严格按照图纸及钢结构施工规范进行施工，板材安装按照 SABC 公司通过的材料、图纸和安装要求进行施工。The erection of steel structure will be strictly based on the project drawings & regulations, panel installation to the SABC Co, Materials, graphics and erection standard .2. 在施工中不得随意修改、变更设计图纸，如需变更需经各方同意方可实行。During construction ,no amendment of drawings at will .Only after approval may amendment carry out .3. 钢结构安装验收按轻钢结构有关规定执行，板材验收标准及规范按 SABC 公司提供。The approval of structural steel erection will be carried out according to concerned regulations . The panel approval standard and range are to be provided by SABC.4. 在安装过程中，应接受现场监理人员的技术指导和质量监管。During the erection course, we will accept the guardians direction and supervision .5. 预埋螺栓质量标准按 GB5020595 实施验收。Embedded bolt quality standard is in compliance with GB50205-95.6. 公司采用三级质量保证体系，对产品进行监督检查，即班组自检、项目部评定、公司质检部门施工阶段验收。The company adopts three stages of quality assurance system to inspect the products, including self-check with in groups ,assessment form project department ,approval from quality-check department construction stages.7. 具体检查项目由以下 64 项，每项检查责任落实到人。Detailed checking issues consist of 64 items as follows. Each item should be put into effect , even to everyone.(1) 是否在开始安装前，已复核基础螺栓位置。Whether the positions of foundation bolts are checked before erection .(2) 所有基础螺栓尺寸是否与基础螺栓布置图上所给尺寸一致。Whether the measurement of foundation bolts is as the standard requires given by arrangement draft.(3) 在开始安装前，混凝土基础是否已满足养护期要求。Whether the base of concrete meets the requirement during the maintenance stage (4) 是否在卸货时，已对照材料单核定材料。Whether the materials are checked according to the material list before unloading .(5) 是否小心卸货并无卸货损坏。Whether to unload the materials safely and assure no damage to them .(6) 是否在卸货时已考虑把二次倒运量减至最小。Whether to consider minimizing the second material-hoisting & moving times before unloading .(7) 是否使用垒木使材料不会接触到泥水。Whether the base wood is used to prevent the materials form touching mud or water .(8) 材料堆放是否离地，覆盖，并抬高一头使冷凝尽可能最小。Whether the materials are piled away form the ground ,also covered and raised on end to minimize of possibility of condensation ,(9) 是否所有工人已被指导，不要在场地上的结构料及板料上行走。Whether all workers are clear that no working upon materials on site.(10) 是否在地上完成了最大限度的零配件组装。Whether to finish component-assembly on ground to full extend .(11)在安装端墙梁前，是否已安装端墙中间柱。Whether the middle pillar of the end wall is erected before erecting the end wall beam .(12)在继续安装前是否已调正第一跨，并已安装好斜撑和翼撑。Whether to finish adjusting the first span and erecting the batter braces & wing braces before continuing with erection .(13)在安装全过程，是否有充分的斜撑和拉索保护建筑物若突遭强台风不被破坏。Whether the batter braces and chains are sufficient to protect the buildings form fierce wind during erection course .(14)是否螺栓没有太紧以使结构整体调整容易。Whether the bolt nuts are not too tight ,so that the entirety adjustment be easy .(15)是否在整体结构调整及调方后上紧全部螺栓。Whether to tighten all the bolt nuts after adjusting the entirety of structure.(16)在结构连接处是否装上垫圈如图上有此要求。Whether to place the washers at connective places as the draft requires(17)是否所有的高强螺栓以足够的扭矩上紧。Whether all intense bolts are strengthened to full extend by proper torsion spanner.(18)是否所有的基础螺栓充分上紧。Whether the foundation bolts are tightened to full extend(19)是否所有的斜撑充分上紧以避免构件扭曲和变形。Whether all the batter braces are tightened to full extend to avoid distortion of the components.(20)所有的结构开洞是否尺寸正确、四方、垂直、牢固。Whether all the structure holes are of correct measurement, upright, foursquare and firm(21)所有的屋檩是否直，安装稳固，位置正确。Whether all roof purlins are upright, erected accurately and in right positions.(22)所有的墙檩是否直、稳固并正确地审阅顶木防止下垂。Whether all purlin-walls are upright, use top wood properly to prevent hanging down.(23)是否所有的连接件、翼撑和连接件处施工正确。Whether all connective slices, wing braces and connective places are properly put into effect.(24)是否所有构件的底层涂料清洁和没有脚印。Whether the base paint of all components are clean and with no footprint.(25)是否构件上的所有焊接痕迹和其他记号已被正确地清除并涂刷。Whether all welding traces, other marks on the components are cleared up properly.(26)是否使用检核过的样板在板上预钻螺栓孔。Whether to drill the screw holes on checked board beforehand.(27)是否在安装板前复核结构成一直线。Whether the checked-structure is in straight line before erecting the panel.(28)是否细心检核了板的净铺距离。Whether the bare-spreading distance is checked carefully, especially around the axis.(29)是否屋面板的肋部与梁成平行直线。Whether the rib of the roof panel is parallel to the beam.(30)是否墙板的安装有利观看。Whether the direction of the wall panel-erection is favorable to inspect.(31)是否墙板整齐地装在周边的台度角钢上。Whether the wall panels are installed on angel steel around in good order.(32)是否每天清除屋面板上的钻孔碎屑以防锈蚀和划伤。Whether the drilling clippings on roof panel are cleared everyday to prevent rust or scratch.(33)是否所有的螺丝排列成一直线。Whether all screws are arranged in straight line.(34)是否所有的板侧接处，结合紧密且正确合缝。Whether all panel side-connective places are sealed closely and properly.(35)是否在屋面搭接处正确使用密封胶。Whether the sealant is used properly at roof connective places.(36)是否所有的板面没有泥浆、灰尘、密封胶或其他异物。Whether no mu
