哈尔滨工业大学毕业设计（论文）- 1 -摘 要在信息社会，每个单位的主管领导都想对本单位的事务进行准确、高效、有机地进行管理。让本单位的人力、物力、财力得到充分的利用，用最少的投入来获得最多的回报。这些工作无疑要借助于现代发达的办公自动化技术和管理，所以我从这种实现情况出发，为达到户籍管理的科学化、规范化和现代化，用 Delphi 6.0 开发的户籍管理系统就是为了使单位对人员户籍档案进行科学化的管理，此系统是以大中专毕业生户籍信息内容及其内在联系为依据而编写的计算机应用程序数据管理系统，它覆盖了户籍信息，统计分析等方面的内容，这一软件易学易用，基本达到人才交流中心对各户籍管理各方面的要求。采用此户籍管理系统，能有效地提高管理人员的工作效率，使人员户籍信息管理更为合理化和简单化。用现代化的软件技术编制出的操作简单适用的数据库管理系统，把计算机技术用于人才交流中心的户籍管理，使管理人员从繁重琐碎的手工工作中解放出来，将有利于管理的科学化，信息的现代化。关键词：数据库管理系统 人才交流中心户籍管理系统 Delphi 功能模块哈尔滨工业大学毕业设计（论文）- 2 -Abstractpersonal information manage.
