中 国 矿 业 大 学本 科 生 课 程 设 计姓 名： 学 号： 学 院： 应 用 技 术 学 院 专 业： 采 矿 学 设计题目： 潘 一 矿 1.8 Mt/a 新 井 设 计 专 题： 指导教师： 职 称： 讲 师 2016 年 6 月 徐州 摘 要一般部分是潘一矿 180 万吨新井设计。全篇共分为十个部分：矿井概述及井田地质特征、井田境界和储量、矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限、井田开拓、准备方式采区巷道布置、采煤方法、井下运输、矿井提升与运输、矿井通风与安全和矿井主要经济技术指标。潘一矿井位于安徽省淮南市境内。矿井中心东南至风台县城约 16km，交通极为方便。矿区范围：西以第勘探线与潘三相接，东以第勘探线与潘二井田毗邻，北部至勘探线间以潘集背斜轴、至勘探线间与潘二、潘北井田为界，南至 13-1 煤层-670m 底板等高线地面投影线。东西走向长约 7.8km，南北倾斜宽 2.8km，面积约 21.7km2。13-1 煤层为可采煤层，厚度为 4.85m，平均倾角为 16。矿井正常涌水量 600m3/h，属于高瓦斯矿井。煤尘有爆炸危险性，并且煤层有自燃发火倾向。潘一矿设计年生产能力为 180 万 t/a，服务年限为 66a。矿井工作制度为“三八”制。矿井的采煤方法主要为走向长壁综合机械化一次采全高。矿井为单水平采区开拓。水平标高为-600m，采用立井开拓，主立井主要用于提升煤炭，副立井主要用于提升人员、矸石、和材料等。矿井采用一矿一面的高效作业方式。工作面长度为 200m。运输大巷采用胶带运输煤炭，轨道大巷采用蓄电池电机车牵引 1.5t 固定箱式矿车运输矸石和材料等。矿井通风方式为抽出通风方式，风井布置方式为两翼对角式。关键词：矿井设计； 煤矿防尘；矿山地震学全套图纸，加 ABSTRACTThe general part is a mine of Panyi mineral 1,800,000t new well in design. The whole article is divided into ten parts totally: The colliery says all and coalfield quality characteristic, coalfied state with keep deal, colliery work system, the ability of produce in design, and time limit to service, colliery expands and prepare the way takes the working area tunnel arranges and adopt coal method, the transport under ground, colliery promotes with transport, colliery well ventilated and safety with main economic technique index sign in shaft.The Panyi mine locates in the city of huainan, Anhui province. It is roughly 16 km apart from the eastnorth of fengtai County . the transportation is extremely convenient. Colliery scope is with line four exploration areas and pansan coal mine，and Interconnected , the line four exploration areas and paer coal mine layer for boundary in east,. the north to line four-five to six exploration areas and Anticline axis of panji,six to seven exploration line and paner、panbei coal mine,the south to 13-1 coal seams -670m levels contour ground projection line, The alignment in longth roughly is 7.8 km, the breadth from north to south is 2.8km, area is 21.7 km2.In the Coalfield 13-1 layer is adopted coal seam. The thickness of 13-1 coal seam is 4.85m, average the Cape of is 16. The colliery is normal to flow out the water measures 600 m3/ h, after technique handles belong to the high gas mineral well. Coal contain Bang risk, and the coal seam has the tendency from spontaneous.The design produces ability for xieqiao mine is 1,800,000 t/ a, service time limit is 66 a. The mineral well work system is a three-eight system. The mining method of the mine is fully-mechanized full-seam mining face with longwall in the strike. Mineral well is one levels adopts the area expand. The level elevation is -600m, the adoption shaft expand, the main shaft used for promoting the coal primarily, the auxiliary shaft used for promoting the personnel, spoil primarily, with material etc.The colliery adopts one mine one efficiently working-face method, establish moreover a back up. The length of working-face is 200 m.
