河北工程大学毕业设计(论文)I摘 要本次毕业设计内容是陕西彬长矿业集团有限公司小庄矿主井井筒及矿井施工组织设计,雅店井田位于陕西省咸阳市彬县东北向约 22km,距咸阳市约 148km。行政区划属彬县管辖。主要包括井田概况,井筒施工,井底车场设计施工,井下盘区划分和巷道开拓,设备选型,工业场地施工总平面图布置等。井田概述,是对矿井的地理位置,水文地质,煤层等基本情况的概述。由于矿井所处地层含水量相对较大,所以井筒表土段采用冻结法进行施工,基岩段采用钻爆法进行凿井,起爆方式在远离煤层基岩段选择导爆管起爆法,在接近煤层处选择闭合反向大并联起爆法。对井筒施工的辅助设备进行了选择计算,能够高效有序地完成凿井任务。主井井筒施工后,进行临时改绞,对提出方案进行对比,确定更为经济合理的施工方案。确定并完成井底车场和相应硐室、巷道布置及施工组织设计。对全矿井进行提升,运输,通风,排水方式的确定及所用设备选型计算与相关的硐室布置等。编制工业场地施工总平面图,合理利用工业场地进行矿井施工组织。科学管理,加快矿井建设。确定施工进度,合理进行施工组织设计,完成矿井的施工计划网络图。在本次毕业设计中,采用 AutoCAD2004 辅助设计,增强了图示的可读性和准确性。关键词: 冻结法;钻爆法;临时改绞;井底车场;施工计划网络图河北工程大学毕业设计(论文)IIAbstractThis graduation design is Shaanxi Binchang Mining Group Co., Ltd. Auxiliary equipment for shaft construction for selection and calculation, to complete the task efficiently and orderly sinking.Main shaft construction, temporary reequipping, comparing the proposed scheme, determine a reasonable plan for construction. Determine and finish bottom and the corresponding chamber, roadway layout and construction organization design. The mine lifting, transportation, ventilation, drainage method and equipment used in the calculation and selection of relevant chamber arrangement etc. The preparation of construction site general layout, rational utilization of mine industrial site construction organization. Scientific management, speed up the construction of mine. Determine the progress of construction, reasonable construction organization design, the completion of the construction project network diagram of mine.
