I 摘 要我国煤炭中薄煤层储量丰富,对小功率采煤机的需求量也比较大。而炮采安全性比较低,生产率也比较低;综采对设备要求较高,而且投资费用比较大。所以对中薄煤层来说开发适应高档普采的采煤机是非常必要的,而MG300/701-WD 型采煤机正是针对中薄煤层适应高普而进行的设计。本文主要从机械传动的角度对 MG300/701-WD 型电牵引采煤机的摇臂进行了设计,采取电机横向布置,截割电机容量为 300 可 kW;开采含有夹矸等较硬煤质的综合机械化采煤工作面,可靠性高,性能先进。采煤机摇臂工作时由扭矩轴驱动,能量逐级传递,二轴起均载作用,三轴和四轴构成齿轮的变速级,末级为四行星减速器用以降低速度。其中冷却喷雾装置由主水阀、分水阀和管路等组成,供各电机、电控箱冷却用水和采煤机的内外喷雾灭尘。是针对薄煤层实现综合机械化采煤的理想机型,采用了先进的控制技术实现其独特的功能,是较薄煤层采煤机更新换代的理想机型。关键词 采煤机 摇臂 传动系统 行星机构II AbstractIn the present coal mine of our country,the thin reserves of coal seam are still rich ,are larger for the demand of the small-power machine of coal mining.And cannon pick safety comparison little,productivity is also low;Zong pick for equipment requirement higher,and investment cost is compared.So for in thin coal seam development meet the high general machine of coal mining is very necessary.The machine of MG300/701-WD model of coal mining only aim at in thin coal seam meet the high general design and that goes on.The electric traction MG300/701-WD Shearer of the rocker arm is designed from the mechanical transmission perspective. Motor is taken by horizontal layout,the capacity of cutting motor adjustment range of 200 - 300KW,through change the motors capacity, achieve a multi-type aircraft, to exploit coal mining face of contain mining and other flaky tonstein comprehensive mechanization, high reliability, advanced performance. Shearer Rocker work torque shaft driven by the energy transfer programs, the second shaft is well balanced ,the third shaft and the fourth shaft are constitute variable speed of pinion,the end is four planetary reducer to reduce speed.The cooling spray devices by the main valve, valve and piping sub-components for the electrical, electronic control box shearer cooling water and the internal and external spray dust.Its designed to address the thin seam mining mechanization combine the edeal model,the use of advanced control technology to achieve its unique functions,it is the ideal replcement models of thinner seam shearer !
