If the application made to the USCIS for I-526 and I-829 Green Cards is refused, the Capital Contribution and Syndication Fee of US$540,000 will be refunded unconditionally. 美国移民局 I-526 和 I-829 绿卡申请如被 拒将无条件退还 投资款和发行 费 US$540,000 美元 。 b.
