1Period 5 Grammar The General Idea of This Period This period lays emphasis on grammar, that is, the past participle used as the object complement, which is also one of the difficult points in Senior English grammar. First, revise what the students have learnt in the last period by checking their homework, including some important phrases and translating some sentences from Chinese into English. In this unit the students should learn about the past particip le used as the object complement.
