- 1 -Our Hanmi LifeWelcome to Beijing Hanmi Family!This guidance is owned by the staff of Beijing Hanmi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. We draw up this handbook in the hope of making Hanmi staff, no matter where they come from, what religious belief and background they have, abide by common principle and common criterion of conduct, believe in common management philosophy and common culture, own common philosophy of life and value, and go in for common dream.As a member of Beijing Hanmi family, we all believe in Hanmis culture, we are inspected by the same system. Our behavior, our attitude, the environment we rely on for survival, the work we shoulder will be improved and sublimated in the pursuit of our common dream. This guidance will supervise our conduct when we work in Beijing Hanmi, which simply states the culture Beijing Hanmi staff should all comply with, contains the common dream and belief Hanmi staff need to maintain, and covers the unique corporate culture we advocate. We hope you will take it as your guide and good friend that will help and guide you during your Hanmi life, rather than rules and regulations that will bind you.We would like to abide by the same regulation and welcome challenges under harmonious cooperation. So we will say:We will not only ask what Hanmi will do for us, we will be more concerned about what we will contribute to Hanmi. Among this team, Hanmis direction is our direction, Hanmis dream is our dream, and Hanmis success is our success.Our CompanyHanmi is an up-and-coming youngster of worlds leading transnational pharmaceutical industry based on drug R the other is to apply for promotion and shift.Our company will promote and shift the employees inside the company preferentially when there are new vacancies, so our company will not recruit outside the company unless there are no proper candidates within the company. Finally, our company will shift employees positions such as department, position and work area based on the employees capability and performance.Promotion and Shift by the Company- 11 -Employees can be promoted or shifted at any time if necessary. As soon as employees are choosed to be promoted or shifted, HR Department will inform employees and go through relevant procedure. In principle, employees should obey normal position shifts unconditionally. Disagreement, if any can be expressed to the company. But the employees should obey the companys decisions if the disagreement was not accepted. If position is shifted due to incompetence, the corresponding content of labor contract doesnt need to be modified. If the employee is still incompetent, the company is free to terminate the employees labor contract according to law. Application for Promotion and Shift by EmployeesTo create a better atmosphere for employees career development and help them fulfill their career planning, the employees are permitted to apply for promotion or shift when there are vacancies in the company. The employees may apply in written form for the vacancy published by HR Department. (Application form can be downloaded in our internal website.)All the candidates will be examinated and evaluated under the same procedure. Final decisions will be made on the basis of the competence of candidates. The company has the right to interpret the final chioce of candidates for promotion and shift.Every manager has the responsibility to support the career plan and development of their subordinates.No matter how promotion or shift is arosed, employees should take the post within 3 days after being informed. If any reasons delay the employee to take the new post, they have to get the approval by director of new department. But the period cant exceed 5 weekdays. If employees fail to take the post within time limit, we will consider it as absenteeism.1.9Termination of EmploymentYou may refer “Discharge and Termination of Employment” in this handbook for better understanding of termination of employment.Having passed probationary period, employees and company both have right to terminate employment. Resignation- 12 -1、 If employees quit the job with personal reasons, they should submit written “resignation application form” to top department leader and top HR leader 30 days ahead of time. Employees cant leave the position without the approval of top department leader and top HR leader. 2、 Employees cant leave the position until they finish dimission procedure and get the signed approval of top HR leader. Nobody is permitted to leave the company in advance in the name of taking vacation without informing the company. (The “Resignation Application Form” can be downloaded on our internal website.)Dismissal1、If the company has to terminate labor contract with employees with any reasons, the company will inform employees in written form in advance in accordance with law. 2、Employees shouldnt leave their position until they fulfill dimission procedure within 30 days.If employees leave their p
