摘 要雅克拉、大涝坝凝析气田油套管在含 CO2、Cl等多种腐蚀介质的井下高温高压多相环境中服役时往往发生腐蚀穿孔现象,导致管柱掉井和油气泄露,甚至引发井喷等恶性事故,随着该油气田的进一步开发,腐蚀问题将会更加突出。本文通过调研国内外类似油气田腐蚀研究与防腐措施及工艺现状了解国内外油气田腐蚀类型、特点、方式及机理与防腐措施研究现状,分析了雅克拉大涝坝井下油套管腐蚀类型、失效原因,研究了雅克拉大涝坝凝析气田井下油套管腐蚀机理与规律,进行了 P110、13Cr和 HP13Cr 三种材料相关的质量检测和评估,对雅克拉-大涝坝凝析气田井下管柱腐蚀进行评价与选材,筛选评价了常用的抗 CO2腐蚀缓蚀剂,制定了雅克拉-大涝坝凝析气田防腐蚀措施选用原则,并针对雅克拉大涝坝气田井下油套管防腐蚀措施的可行性和经济性进行了评估与优选。最终提出了雅克拉大涝坝气田采用 XYH-1 型缓蚀剂;若气井寿命在出现腐蚀后(含水率超过 10)小于 5 年,应采用普通油套管材料加缓蚀剂;若气井寿命在出现腐蚀后(含水率超过 10)大于 5 年,应采用普通油套管材料加 TK2000 环氧酚醛涂层的防腐措施。关键词: 油套管;腐蚀机理;评估;优选AbstractJacques - DaLaoBa condensate oil field annulus, containing CO2, Cland other corrosive medium high temperature and high pressure multi-phase downhole environment often served the phenomenon of corrosion perforation, resulting in oil and gas wells and pipe leaked out, and may even trigger blowout accidents, etc., with the further development of the field, the corrosion problem will become more prominent.
