毕业设计矿山企业机旁备件系统的设计和实现刘禹君吉林建筑工程学院2011 年 6 月毕业设计矿山企业机旁备件系统的设计和实现学 生:刘禹君指导教师:刘 钢专 业:计算机科学与技术所在单位:计算机科学与工程学院答辩日期: 2011 年 6 月 13 日 吉林建筑工程学院毕业设计(论文)摘摘 要要目前,随着计算机相关科学技术的发展,人们在生活中不断从这些技术当中获利,让人们的生活更加的方便,生活方式更加高效,从而创造更多的剩余价值,现在,有很多的大型企业内部采用的就是计算机管理系统,而不是像以前依靠人工对企业进行管理。备件是指工厂或企业,为保证生产的正常进行,为其生产工具或机器设备储备的零部件。在生产企业中,储备一定数量的备件是十分必要的,特别是,有一些重要备件一旦由于缺货不能及时更换的话,将影响整个生产甚至导致全部生产流水线瘫痪,给企业带来不可估量的经济损失,例如,混凝土泵中的眼镜板是一个典型的易损部件,在工作一段时间以后,需要及时更换,若眼镜板存储不当造成缺货将导致整台混凝土泵无法工作给用户带来损失,则是可想而知的了,一个大型企业的生产机器可能有成百上千台,因此所需备用零件数量也是非常可观的,它将会占用一笔庞大的资金,使其不能参与周转。计算机辅助备件管理系统的目标就是辅助库存管理人员分析各种备件的消耗规律,提高库存储备的合理性,优化库存,在保证生产正常运行的前提下,最大限度地减少不必要的资金占用,同时给领导提供各种经济参数和决策依据,提高经济效益和管理水平。本人的毕业设计题目为矿山企业机旁备件系统设计与实现。本系统旨在于完成矿山企业的与设备和物资相关的信息化管理功能,实际需求来源于鞍山矿业集团大孤山选矿厂对各车间零件和物资的实际管理需求,对于一个大型矿山企业而言,负责各个车间及部门零部件的备份和管理工作的人员来说,要想处理这项复杂而繁琐的工作,是一件非常困难的事情,当工作量比较繁多的时候,工作人员很有可能会出现错误,因此,有一个良好的企业机旁备件管理流程系统是很必要的,通过,这个系统工作人员可以对零部件进行很多操作,例如:分类,备份,汇总,剩余等情况进行信息登记,就会有一个比较快捷的管理。该系统的目的是为了实现一个良好界面,储备定额管理,以及信息的共享,能为管理人员提供各类管理信息作为决策的依据,例如:点检员在申报作业区的计划时,可以从矿山企业机旁备件管理系统各数据库中读取相关的物资信息。应用的开发语言为 C#语言。关键词关键词 矿山;矿山; 备件;备件; 决策;决策; C#C#吉林建筑工程学院毕业设计(论文)- I -AbstractAbstractNow, along with computer related science and technology development, people is in the life constantly from among these technologies profit, let peoples life more convenient, way of life, so as to create more and more efficient the surplus value, now, there are many large enterprise internal computer management system by is, rather like the previous management of enterprise depends on artificially.
